Location Location Location... Cherry Blossom Cottage is our 2 Bedroom/ 2 Bathroom 1940’s cottage w/ HUGE JACUZZI HOT TUB nestled in the woods so Close the heart of downtown Prescott, 2 minute drive /15 minute walk to the famous grassy Courthouse Square and Whiskey Row (Gurley St & Montezuma) for FUN, FOOD, DRINKS, SHOPPING & ENTERTAINMENT! Cherry Blossom Cottage is tucked into the wooded landscape of an array of tall forest trees in the part of Prescott known as “Park.” This wonderful cottage has everything you will need for the perfect vacation in the woods!

CHERRY BLOSSOM COTTAGE HAS BEEN PLACED ON THE NATIONAL REGISTER OF HISTORIC PLACES BY THE DEPT OF THE INTERIOR.

Take an afternoon stroll through the Park neighborhood and soak in all of the historic homes and landscapes from back in time when life seemed to be a little easier. It is easy to see how much Prescott has changed as well as so much that has stayed the same! Relax in the hot tub, kick back in the hammocks, and if you are traveling with youngsters they will love playing around in the lush green back yard, sledding down the hilly streets or even better down the driveway of our other home, Magnolia Mountain Cottage, only a couple minute’s drive away and playing with the chickens also at Magnolia Mountain Cottage. If you like fresh eggs be sure to ask and if our feathered ladies are layin’ eggs we will bring you some for your country breakfast in the woods. Watch for the wild deer who prance their family in a line through our back yard almost daily. Enjoy coffee, tea & hot chocolate from our Keurig or drip, utilize our full kitchen for just about any size meal. We are close to just about everything! Enjoy the neighborhood coffee shops, cafes, boutique and antique shopping right down the street. And if you don't feel like driving Uber/Lyft can get you anywhere you want to go. Give us a call and if we are not too busy we can give up to 5 people a lift in our gas powered golf cart! And if you would like to stay for an extended vacation go for it, WE HAVE A WASHER & DRYER!

Please take assurance in that prior to your arrival we sanitized every light switch, every handle, every door knob, every remote control, lamp switches, broom handles, vacuum cleaner handle, water station handles and everything we know you will touch HAS BEEN SANITIZED! And all the while doing this we wear Masks and Gloves.

Upon your arrival you will receive our welcome letter including our advice with where to find our favorite local grocery stores, restaurants, places to picnic and fish, gas stations, ice cream & frozen yogurt, pubs, liquor stores, pizza, yoga, local hot spots and of course where to golf, hike, tour, horseback ride etc… And all of this is within minutes of the cottage!

Please note that we DO NOT have a minimum night requirement, but we do have a minimum rate requirement that depends on when and how many guests will be staying with us.

When vacationing with your furry family member Arizona Cabin Rentals will need to know the age, breed, and weight of your dog(s) THERE IS A PET FEE OF $25/NIGHT ($100 MINIMUM) PER HOUSE TRAINED DOG PLUS $325 REFUNDABLE DAMAGE DEPOSIT THAT CAN BE COLLECTED ONLINE OR THROUGH VRBO.

Wonderful weekend at the Cherry Blossom
This property is adorable. We found the rooms to be comfortable and the space was immaculately clean. We brought our dogs and the yard was perfect for them to play. This property is close to town and situated in an adorable neighborhood. Communication with the owner was very informative and quick to respond. We hope to stay again next time we want to visit Prescott.

We would like to introduce ourselves to our guests. My name is Guy Kobey and I am a 3rd generation Phoenician & Prescottonian and my wife Dixie, is originally from what used to be a little Mayberry type town in Illinois called Naperville & also a proud Prescottonian. We have been in the hospitality industry for many years owning restaurants and working in resorts. We always wanted to have our own bed and breakfast in the woods. Well, having a Vacation Rental is the next best thing. Dixie and myself along with our 2 daughters are very proud of our wonderful rentals as seen on ArizonaCabinRentals or ArizonaVacationRentalsUnlimited. We have vacation cottages in Prescott, cabins in Pinetop, and large homes with heated pools and spas that also sleep large groups in the Scottsdale and Cave Creek areas, and our lake house at LAKE OF THE OZARKS are all perfect for family reunions so we decided to make our families' homes available for you to enjoy as our guests!

Our easy booking process begins once you have decided to stay at one of our vacation rentals. Cherry Blossom Cottage sleeps 6 guests comfortably in beds (3 queens and 2 sofas can sleep 2 more on our couches or our high profile air mattress (SLEEPING A TOTAL OF 8 GUESTS). Please note that any more than 6 will be a tight fit. So you need to really like being with the people you are vacationing with!

Enjoy the comforts of home with luxurious linens, an abundance of pillows and comfy mattresses and a large private hot tub. Vacationing with young children is made easier as a highchair and pak n play are provided in the bedroom closets. Our home has everything you will need for the perfect vacation, but if there is something you need just let us know and we will do our best to make it happen!

To help you ease into your vacation, upon arrival you will find a custom welcome letter packed full of advice on ”Everything Prescott.” Consider this list of recommendations to be your own personal concierge as we have compiled a comprehensive list of places such as local hot spots, pubs, family owned restaurants and very close to this home. Looking for a hot yoga studio? Cheapest and closest gas? Nearby liquor store? We’ve got you covered-we will provide you a list of all the essentials to make your stay enjoyable and convenient.
