The kitchen boasts new soft-close cabinets, elegant Caesarstone countertops, and high-end appliances. The bedroom offers a restful queen-size bed, while the bathroom features custom-tiled floors and a new marble-top vanity. Welcome to downtown Flagstaff. Its a residential area with both single family and multi family units. The train is nearby and you can walk into town very easily. NAU is just a a few blocks.

Our historic home has many great modern features but heating and cooling are not one of them. We do have a great radiant heating system in the winter along with extra portable units. In the hotter summer months, we can supply window or portable air conditioning systems plus fans to keep you comfortable.

Our cancellation policy states that a 100% refund will be given up to 30 days before arrival, and 50% refund up to 14 days before arrival. Please note that 4% of any cancellation will be withheld to cover credit card processing fees.
