This house is in need of repairs: broken lounge on the pool lanai, cupboard doors have broken hinges, ants and a cockroach in the bedrooms, extension cord hanging from the gutter and running along the lanai floor in front of a bedroom door that powers the lights clipped to the gutters on the pool lanai, one of three lights work above the master vanity, etc. this is how we found it.

Pool and main living area are nice. The whole property could use some updating. In the master bathroom, only 2 of the 5 lights worked. The hall bath fan is locked up and does not work. One of the kitchen GFi’s are bad and half of the kitchen receptacle do not work. Only have of the stoves burners work. Missing knobs. The outside of the property could use cleaning up also.

The place was perfect for our stay—clean, spacious, and just as described. The host was very responsive and kind throughout. During our visit, the AC stopped working one night, but the host went above and beyond trying to get it repaired, even in the middle of the night. Although he couldn’t find a technician right away, he promptly issued a refund. Really impressed by his effort and professionalism. Would definitely stay again!My family throughly enjoyed the pool.

We paid for the pool to be heated, should have been ready when we arrived, don’t believe that some of the sheets were not laundered. The towels were left in the dryer

Lots of heads in beds at this one! Not as fancy as some, but a nice place for a group that needs places to sleep that are clean and safe!

All around great.

We happen to make last minute plans due to more family visiting florida. Luckily this house was open the days we needed. We didnt think we were going to be at the house much but the outside pool area kept us home more than we thought. What a fun stay. If you have kids, definitely do the pirate ship tour! What a blast. We went to three beaches but our favorite was lovers beach. Its $8 to park but you take the trolly to almost your own private beach. Great stay. Super responsive owner. We will definitely be back.

House was very nice and well kept. There were a few minor maintenance issues but overall excellent place to stay with a larger group of 8-10.

Needs maintenance

This is a nice place that needs some care especially around the pool. The screens are torn, so bugs, little lizards and even a squirrel came into the pool area. There was a lot of leaves and debris on the roof where screen ties into the roof. When they cleaned it all sorts of debris fell into the pool area below. Which they did not clean up. No propane for the grill and the grill was filthy. The pool heat is not consistent. The pool net for hand cleaning had 3 big holes in it. The tile in the pool area had grease stains all over it. Inside the house, the handle to operate the shower water, kept falling off. Ice maker in the frig does not work. We were going to have friends over, we were too embarrassed of our pool area. When I talked to the Owner about the condition of the property he asked me to make a list. Getting the propane for the grill my self was suggested. I told him I am on vacation. I am not making up a list of numerous items that needs attention so we can have a barrage of people showing up to take care of the property. I felt that the list was the Owners responsibility. The items I am talking about are not a result of the storm that went thru. It is really poor maintenance of a nice property. I am not an overly fussy person but this is simply wrong to think that I am going to show up and make a list and oversee the people that are coming in to take care of it. Not a nice vacation because of poor care of the property.
