STEVE was a gracious and responsive host and it’s relatively easy to walk over to the quicksilver ski lift from this location and the outdoor pool and hot tubs are just a short walk away as well.

Everything was exactly as described. This condo was clean and spacious. The furniture was comfortable and in good shape. We walked to Breck Main Street and the Peak 9 base area with ease, and also use the bus and nearby bus stop, when we did not feel like walking. The community hot tubs are a few steps away and always had room for us after a hard day on the slopes. Even though we did not have two vehicles this time, I appreciate (for future reference) that this unit comes with two parking passes. Finally, check-out procedures were especially "lite," which made our exit quick and easy.

Great stay for our family ski trip

Our family stayed at the condo and had a great experience. Steve was very quick to answer any questions we had. We appreciated the games in the condo and loved how convenient it was to walk to the lift.

Good condo

Overall, this is a good condo. It is a 5-7 minute walk to Quicksilver lift and The Maggie (use the bridge by the Marriott to cut through). It is a first floor unit with an interior entryway. It had a full set of dishes, silverware, and cups. It has a coffee maker, crock pot, and blender. As is with most rentals, the furniture has wear and tear. The dining chairs were worn out and have black duct tape over tears, which is sure to happen in a rental unit. The primary bed (king) is hard. There are limited measuring cups and no measuring spoons. There is one cookie sheet and a few smaller baking dishes. Bring or buy a disposable casserole dish if you need one.

Great location!

As others have stated, the condo has plenty of room and is a 5m walk to the Peak 9 Quicksilver lift. Also a 5m walk to shops and restaurants on Main St. Overall, a great place to stay! Owner was also responsive.

Happy with our stay!

Nice place. Great location. Unit was well stocked. Layout was good. Had 6 adults there a couple nights. More adults would have been tough as the 3 of 4 beds are just full size, including pull out sofa. We got there about an hour early so a few items were not there. Dish soap and sponge but were brought quickly by host. Good communication by host. Brought me missing parking passes also. Electronics were a little dated, but I brought my fire stick so not a big issue. Laundry was a very nice thing to have. Skiing was within walking distance. 5-8 minutes. Had several spices to use. Would have been nice to have lids for skillets but that was the only thing that was lacking. Having 2 bathrooms was very nice too. Also nice to be on first floor but you could hear people above. They had 4 nice size outdoor hot tubs which was great after a day of skiing. I would definitely go back.

Great location, great stay

Great unit for a long weekend stay in Breck. Comfortable for 3 adults with room to spare. Ground unit with nice upgrades in kitchen, appreciated the heater in each bathroom. Unfortunately we were notified just before check in of fireplace not working. Location can't be beat, short walk to Quicksilver lift and Main St. Short distance to outdoor pool/hot tub. Recommended and would book again.

Great condo near Quicksilver Lift

We loved our stay in this condo, plenty of space and in excellent condition. It's extremely convenient - it took us 6 minutes to walk to Quicksilver lift and less than 10 minutes to walk to the restaurants on Main Street. And the complex has the best hot tub setup I've ever seen in a rental - 4 different hot tubs of different temperatures as well as a heated pool. Highly recommended.

First floor, 5 minutes to the Quicksilver chair once you know the shortcut next to the Marriott. Owner super helpful, and easy walk into town.

Amazing Ski Vacation

The condo was perfect for our ski vacation. Lots of space, comfortable and close to the slopes and downtown. This is the second year in a row we have stayed there and look forward to staying there again next year!

Family vacation

The location and cleanliness of the property are awesome. The condo upstairs from this condo has an incredibly squeaky floor but nothing we couldn’t deal with. Also, could use some kitchen inventory additions like kitchen utensils and more silverware. Again, nothing that detracted from our stay. The pool is steps away and perfect for people of all ages. Access to Breckenridge by foot or bike is also perfect.

Great Property/Perfect Location

Condo has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Less than 5 minute walk from Quicksilver lift (which is way less crowded than Peak 8 base), 10-15 minute walk to Main straight, or take the free shuttle which picks up 3 minutes away.

It's a roomy 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit on the ground floor of small complex near the heart of Breckenridge. A 5 minute walk gets you to the quicksilver superchair to start your ski day. Or take the same 5 minute walk to the downtown area, where shops and restaurants line the historic Main Street.
The Unit has an in unit washer and dryer to make packing for your family trip a breeze.
The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need.
