Worth the trip

Our group of 9 had plenty of room and enjoyed our stay. The home was clean and well kept. Definitely worth the trip and a great place to stay.

Spacious clean condo!

This condo is very clean, comfortable and has everything you need to enjoy the beach. Having use of the golf cart for our stay was so much fun. It's the best way to get around to all the restaurants and the beach.

Great Little Getaway

Great little getaway for me and my girlfriends. Proximity to the beach, perfect! I didn’t like the house being 3 floors cause it was hard to carry the luggage up 3 flights but other than that, it was great!

So we ended up staying at this place and first of all entering they stopped us and said where do you plan on parking your truck and we said in the driveway they said that we can have two parking spots one in the garage and one in the driveway and there was other multiple trucks there and the lady stated that if the vehicle is sticking out of the red, they’re gonna tow it which everybody’s vehicles that were sticking out or we’re still not towed. Also, the AC was not set correctly so it was super hot when we arrived and took about a few hours to cool down so we had to leave to go have dinner somewhere so that way the house could cool down. Microwave is hanging with duct tape, no broom or mop, shark vacuum it didn’t work, dryer did not work. I tried to wash a load of towels, it took me all day to dry them. I had to literally put them in 8 cycles. Which was horrible for us. We packed lightly assuming that we were gonna have a washer and dryer to rewash our clothes we were able to wash it however we had to wear it wet because we had no dryer that would dry them on time.I do not recommend this place if you’re coming with multiple vehicles make sure you pack accordingly to the days that you’re staying because they dryer does not work properly

Fantastic location, clean and perfect!

My husband and I took our 3 kids ages 9,7, and 3....it was the perfect set up. The golf cart was the icing on the cake. It made the whole Port A experience so much fun. Great condo, everything we needed, and great communication from the owner! Can't wait to come back!

Great family condo!

Our second stay at Meridian #19 and I hope to go back again next year. The condo is spacious and clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. It’s also stocked with lots of kid friendly items that make it perfect for our family! Beach access is right around the corner just a short distance away. I have no problem recommending this unit to folks planning a visit to Port A!

Beautiful Condo, Great Beach...hard to find better!

The condo was outstanding, immaculate, well stocked with beach "stuff"...the golf cart a major plus as they rent for $100 a day elsewhere. The property is literally 90 seconds from the surf via the golf cart. EVERY bedroom has a private bath...You just can't do better!!

great place!

great place. Spacious for two families. Close to the beach but it was a good 10-15 minutes walk which was Doable but definitely bring a wagon to haul your stuff. however i would recommend renting a golf car. We didn’t and i’m not sure if we could since we had two cars and the parking spaces were only big enough to fit two vehicles. Community pool was right next to us which the kids loved too. Will def book again.

Great Vacation spot

We had a great Labor Day weekend celebrating two birthdays even with the rain. Close drive to the beach, easy check in process, and lots of space. Only thing I noted needing was a dustpan in the kitchen. The beds for all of us were too hard. Some prefer them that way, but we all didn’t sleep well. Minor issues for a great beach stay.

Good & Bad

The inside of the property was nice. The handle to the freezer part of the fridge was broken, we emailed to let them know when we got there. They sent someone the next morning - he came right inside without even knocking. Said he'd be back to fix it, never came back. My husband told him if he just brought him an allen wrench that fit, he could fix it. That never happened. There was one small bar of soap for THREE bathrooms. Had to call to ask for soap, which took HOURS to get there (even though they said the housekeeping staff were on the property doing cleanings). I could've gone to the "office" to get more soap, but they said the "office" is off the property near the ferry landing, not on the property. There is construction going on RIGHT NEXT DOOR, so if you don't like loud construction noise at 7:45am, I would suggest a different place. Parking is super tight. Our vehicle was hit more than once with a golf cart. The notebook inside with info regarding your stay included a number you could text for golf cart rental prices. We sent a text & never got a response. I would suggest a small table or dresser for the master bedroom... there is nothing but 2 side tables to set anything on, and those are not big enough for hardly anything. If you have small children, there was a pack-n-play, high chair to go on a regular chair, sippy cups, and child silverware. We didn't need any of that though. They gave an ample amount of towels, which was appreciated, since we were there 5 days & didn't have to request more towels. TVs were a bit tricky to operate, especially the one in the master where the cable box was just hanging behind the wall-mounted TV (couldn't make good connection with remote). I got numerous texts & emails prior to stay, but none were specific on how the check-in process would work. I finally got one the day of saying they needed a copy of my ID emailed to them. I emailed it... waited... they never sent key code. Then they said they never got the email. Had to send again. Finally got code. We enjoyed our stay besides the issues, but the construction noise every freaking morning & all day long (luckily we were at the beach most of the day) was the most annoying.

Beach Condo

Condo was accommodating and very nice. The stairs were a little narrow space was a little smaller than pictured. Other than that great location and short walk to the beach.

Meridian 18

The place was nice decorated really cute and close to the beach. However the pool was really small and the parking not ideal! The house was a little musty we got some Lysol and took care of that, I’m assuming most places by the beach smell that way! The kitchen was fully stocked! Overall the place was real cute plenty of room for 8 of us!

Beautiful house!

The house was perfect size and in a great location. The balcony was nice and peaceful any time we were out enjoying it. There was plenty of room to spread out and house was super clean! Only complaint is parking, the entire complex is in a super small area, only one car in/out at a time. When the complex is full of people, the unit is more difficult to navigate into because it's towards the very end. Property management was able able help us with extra parking Other! Other than that, we had a great stay!

Bright and comfortable

Cute and comfortable property. Had all that we needed! Pool is nice and close by! Only downside is parking but once we settled in it was a non issue. We would stay here again!
