Great family vacation spot

Our family loved the location near the boardwalk, very useful elevator, relaxing pool, close beach access, and the most gorgeous sunrises from the top deck. The owner worked with me to get the best week for our family and communicated well.

Perfect place in Carolina Beach

Wonderful experience. Paul was easy to work with and quick to resolve the one minor issue we had. Property is well stocked and nice and clean. Short walk to beach or boardwalk. Beach views from upper levels. Elevator is easy to operate. Highly recommended. Would stay again.

Great Stay in Carolina Beach!

We were there for a week and this house was perfect! Every amenity we needed was provided. Think trash bags, aluminum foil, ziplocs. I know it sounds crazy but I didn’t have to buy all those things which adds up! The place was perfect for us all the items for the beach you would need and the pool was perfect. It’s shared with the six total duplexes and even with everyone there wasn’t overcrowded. Pool towels a plenty, umbrellas, beach chairs, cart, the works.Even for our littlest family member, a pack and play and mattress. Kids cups, plates, spoons. Very family friendly. Perfect location, and the size and quality of the unit was amazing!Thank you Paul and Erica it was a great stay!

Excellent extended family beach getaway

My family of 4 and in-laws had an incredible weeklong stay at this gem of a property next to Carolina Beach. We had another couple cancel on short notice and even with 8 we would’ve had plenty of space. Taking in views of the beach from the 4th floor kitchen, living space, and balcony were a highlight each morning. Being within a 2 minute walk to the beach, 5 minute walk to the boardwalk, and having the on-site shared pool offered a plethora of activity options for everyone without spending more time or money on additional transportation or parking. The kitchen, bedrooms and living spaces are very well organized, decorated, and cleaned. Planning to book another stay here soon.

We enjoyed the house, Beach and pool. We loved the great spaces to play cards and hang out. House had everything we needed. Location was perfect for beach access and walking distance to a few restaurants. Thank you very much!

First Birthday

This house was perfect! My family came with my husband and I to celebrate our baby’s first birthday. It was a really wonderful week. The house was very clean, easy access to the beach across the road, the pool was clean and even though it was shared with other houses, there was plenty of time for us to use it by ourselves. Paul was very nice when we met him. If we come back with family, we will definitely try to book this house again!

Deserves More Than 5 Stars

I will start by saying my review is based solely on the house itself, not Carolina Beach. The reason for that is that my family visits CB every year, and has been doing so for many years. We know the hot spots, where to get a burger, best bars, karaoke nights, pizza, etc. This house is beautiful and in a great location. The pool was very nice, and we loved all the balconies. We had a great time playing games with the grands on the top balcony pool side. Kids against Maturity! What a blast. Parking for 3 cars and a golf cart was perfect. There are lots of stairs, but the elevator is great for those of us with bad knees. The very top deck is just an awesome place to watch the sky at night. My granddaughter saw her first "shooting star" up there. It was a perfect place to watch the Thursday night fireworks show. It was an absolute pleasure to cook a meal in that kitchen! I wish I could have packed up the entire 4th floor and brought it home. My top stars go to Paul, the owner. We inadvertently left some very important Medical supplies behind in the packing up for home process. He helped us out and saved the day. I know he didn't have to do that. These are the reasons this house deserves more "stars" than I can give. My family would be honored to stay here again. The Yates Family

Great location!

Great location with partial ocean views! Owners communicated well. Short walk to beach access. Walk or golf cart to the arcade area or bars/ restaurants. Kitchen was well stocked & there were several beach items for our use. Outdoor shower was perfect for rinsing off the sand. During our stay there was a mechanical issue to which Paul responded immediately and got it fixed as quickly as possible. He and Erika went above and beyond by return-mailing an expensive item that was accidentally left behind(thank you again!!). The arcade area was fun for adults and kids alike. We were able to easily rent a golf cart, beach umbrella, SUPs, surfboards, body boards. My husband and I are road cyclists, and while the riding isn't super spectacular, we did find some decent routes and were able to get a few long rides in, including a couple ferry rides on our routes. Just make sure you get out by 5/6 am and be done by 8 when traffic gets a little crazy! My only disappointment was that there were more units using the pool than I had expected based on the semi-private description(I should have inquired more), so it was a little busier than I thought it would be. But it also didn't help that the unit next to us had a large family with lots of littles and didn't really go to the beach, so we didn't always have access to the table/chairs on the pool deck and it was a little crowded. Not a big issue since we spent more time at the beach, but something to be aware of.

Excellent stay in Carolina Beach

We had a great time at Paul and Erika's house! It was located just a few minutes walk from the boardwalk. Our favorite parts were the view of the fireworks from the rooftop deck, the pool, and the beautiful kitchen. We also got a lot of use out of the elevator, which was super helpful for loading & unloading. Recommendations for good spots: Fentoni's pizza, Island Burgers and Bites (cheesesteaks), Flaming Amy's, and Island Beverage.

Wonderful stay

2nd time staying at this lovely beach rental close to beach with a great semi private pool. We enjoy all the space as well as the multiple decks. Firework watching is great from upper deck.

Centrally located townhouse, walk to all

Wonderful 4 bedroom townhouse with semi-private pool offered by an owner that cares. Public beach access 1/2 a block away, 3 min to boardwalk, 5 min to amusement park, most restaurants within 10 min walk. Highly recommend brunch at Stoked Restaurant while watching the boats come and go in the marina (1 1/2 blocks from townhouse)

Summer Vacation 2022

This house is absolutely beautiful!! It is spacious & very clean. It was well equipped for all our needs. Having an elevator was so very nice and we loved it! Family Beach Week

Nice, spacious, and well equipped. Was easy walking distance to many restaurants, ice cream locations and fresh donuts. Easy access to the beach and nice pool for us to enjoy. The elevator adds a nice touch.
