Each room features cozy blankets and soft lighting around the fireplace for relaxing evenings. If you’re looking for a quiet, peaceful stay near the area’s best wineries, beaches, and farms, this is the perfect retreat.

As you enter, you’ll be welcomed by bright and cheerful décor, shiplap walls, and fresh flowers that create a welcoming country charm. Wake up to the sounds of nature and enjoy your morning coffee or tea while overlooking the serene, farm-like yard.

Wonderful family vacation

This is a wonderful house...our family walked in and felt like we were home . It is pristine and centrally located for all activities on the east end..The host was extremely helpful with all our needs ,so we highly recommend a pleasant stay

Adorable house close to vineyards

Our group stayed here over the weekend to visit some wineries. The location of the house was ideal. The owner did a fantastic job creating an inviting atmosphere with adorable farmhouse touches. The beds and couches were very comfortable. Everything was kept clean and tidy. We would definitely stay here again and I highly recommend it for anyone wanting to explore eastern Long Island.

North Fork Charm

We attended a family event and were looking for a home that could accommodate our family and this home fit the bill perfectly. It is in a lovely setting with all the charm and comfort you can expect. The home is updated with modern amenities and is well appointed. We really enjoyed the quiet setting, as well as easy and short drive to access shopping, dining, and more.

Gorgeous Time!

We had such a wonderful time from the beginning of our stay till the end! Laura hosted us for my wedding weekend, the house allowed me and my bridesmaids a safe practical place to get ready and take all my morning of pictures! Every bed and room was beyond comfortable and the rooster outside is the cutest part!! My new husband and I can’t thank Laura enough and will be staying again in the future!!

Nice house

Nice property, could use some upgrades as furniture was well worn, bed mattresses mostly needed to be replaced, toaster didn't work and essentials such as dishwasher detergent and salt needed to be purchased. Great space, just needs some upgrades.

Hi Lori While I’m glad you enjoyed the spaciousness of the home, I feel it’s necessary to address some inaccuracies in your review. First, our listing is called “Modern Farmhouse” because it combines updated bathrooms, a state of the art chefs kitchen and modern amenities with rustic farmhouse-style furniture, all of which is clearly reflected in the photos on the listing. If this style wasn’t to your liking, perhaps a different property would have better suited your preferences. We pride ourselves on being transparent, and the house looks exactly as it is shown in the pictures. The property is located directly across from a beautiful farm in a charming farm area, which enhances the farmhouse experience. The furniture, intentionally chosen to match this setting, provides a cohesive and unique aesthetic that many guests appreciate. As for your claims about essentials, the home was stocked with multiple types of salt (Himalayan, sea salt, and regular) and dishwasher detergent. If you had any concerns or needed anything additional I am always available and respond quickly. I would have gladly arranged for someone to bring anything you felt was missing. That said, the dishes left unwashed in the sink suggest that the provided detergent wasn’t used, which is also contrary to our checkout guidelines. Regarding the mattresses, everyone has different preferences when it comes to firmness or softness. Most of our guests find them comfortable, but we understand that this can vary from person to person. Lastly, if any appliance like the toaster wasn’t functioning, it would have been replaced immediately had you reached out during your stay. We’re committed to ensuring a great experience for our guests and always respond quickly to concerns.

Wedding Weekend Lodging

Beautiful property!! Property manager was incredible - so responsive. Sent me a message a couple of days before arriving with things to do in the area - when I told her we'd have our kids with us and asked for activity ideas for during the day she not only provided some suggestions but dropped off some toys to cater to their age in the house. House was well stocked, plenty of beds/bedrooms and clean. Enjoyed the fire pit one night and was the perfect stay for us while we had a wedding to attend a couple miles away. Highly recommend and hope to make it back for a weekend!

Great Stay on the North Fork...Highly Recommend 5/5

My wife and her cousins/friends had a great weekend stay at this farmhouse oasis for her 40th birthday weekend. It was conveniently located to a local spa, the wineries, and great places to eat. The host was great with timely communication and even left a nice welcome package for my wife and her guests. They. raved about how nice and how well upkept everything was. Would recommend to anyone looking for a place to rent out on the North Fork.
