Recently renovated four bedroom three bath home just 80 yards away from the beach entries with some beach views. One of the best locations in Panama City Beach on the East End off Thomas Drive. This house is ideal for a group of three families with many children, or just a generally large group.

Recently renovated home with open floor plan. Very large great room with vaulted ceiling and open floor plan. The house was designed to house a large number of guests very comfortably; the living room can accommodate 9 persons viewing the TV from couches. Bed capacity is 16-17 (2-3 in master, 2 each in 2 queen beds in bedrooms, 2 in full "murphy bed" in living room, and 8 in the bunk room). 4 additional persons can be accommodated if they sleep on the standard couches and 2 in large recliners (master bedroom and main living room).

The one-story layout is friendly to those who cannot take the stairs. We are very close to the public beach accesses on Spyglass drive, which is a very quiet street. At least 6 automobiles can park in the front (we have managed to park 11 at once); the parking area will accommodate large SUVs and trucks with ease. Major interior renovation features include granite counters and tile flooring. The master bathroom boasts beautiful tile shower with glass doors and the hall bathroom has a combo shower/tub for the kids. The third bath is attached to the bunk room.

The bunk room has a separate outside entrance if more privacy is needed, but it can also be accessed from the great room interiorly. There is a separate kitchenette, living area, and laundry machines in the bunk room. The bunk room has bed slots for 8. All bedrooms have smart TVs with HD antenna.

As mentioned above, there are two sets of laundry machines, and they are all inside. No need for a laundromat or to walk outside to wash clothes.
