This beautifully furnished private home is located in prestigious Lely Resort makes it easy to soak up the warm Florida sun! It offers a comfortable, open floor plan with a pool and spa under a spacious panoramic lanai which easily accommodates six guests. Our Florida villa is fully equipped for outdoor entertainment and has an outdoor built-in grill.
Your will arrival will be met by the meticulously landscaped exterior with beautiful palms as you walk on beautiful new pavers leading to the lead double glass door entrance.

Inside, designer touches await you in this FABULOUS Golf course villa. You will enjoy the view of the rolling green landscape and gorgeous sun filled blue sky. Listen to the wind in the palm trees. Located on the first hole of the Flamingo Golf Course, you are just minutes away from the critically acclaimed Sam Snead's Tavern and Clubhouse!

The spacious open kitchen boasts granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. The beautiful white cabinets hold all you need should you decide to make a quick snack or a gourmet dinner It is fully equipped for your cooking pleasure and has a breakfast seating area as well as a separate dining table.

This private villa is situated in the Falcons Glen Community of the award winning Lely Golf Resort. Lely Resort is home to 54 holes of spectacular golf designed by three of golf’s most legendary names, with the public access Flamingo Island and Mustang courses designed by Robert Trent Jones, Sr. and Lee Trevino, respectively; and the exclusive private Classics course designed by Gary Player. Abundant water and swaying palm trees frame undulating fairways and pristine greens, creating a serene and stunning atmosphere for relaxation, rejuvenation, and a great game of golf.

It is close to all that the Naples/Marco Island area has to offer. Public golf courses, beaches, shopping, and fine/casual dining are all nearby. Southwest International Airport (RSW) and the Baseball Major League Training facilities are located 40 minutes away in Ft Myers.

House is well set up with modern furnishings, and the kitchen has a wide selection of cooking utensils, pots, pans, etc. Pool and spa were a delight, and we spent a lot of time outside on the lanai. Alex, the host, was very responsive and accommodating. Had a great two weeks!

Outside area very nice. Pool and hot tub were perfect. We sat outside using the dining table constantly. The guest bathtub needs updating and the house should have been cleaned more thoroughly before we occupied it.

Very nice house in good surroundings!

We stayed 5 adults (2 parents and 3 "kids" in their 20's) in this house one week over new year and it was a very nice house. Contact with Alex the property owner was great, quick response and comprehensive information about the property. All worked fine without any issues. The area is non-gated but seems very safe (like most of Naples) and is quiet. The view of the golf course is a nice plus, having breakfast outside with that view in wintertime is great :) It's about 30 min drive to the downtown/beach in Naples, and in 5 min drive there is a Walmart and restaurants. We can for sure recommend the house and would love to come back

Nice and comfortable home in Lely Resort which I was familiar with before this rental Everything made easier because of owners' attention to detail. Alex's response time is outstanding even though he was out of the country on one occasion. Will definitely consider staying here again.

Nice home and great owner

The home is very nice and the owner was always available for any questions or concerns we had. The pool and hot tub were very enjoyable and a community pool is just a few houses down. We did miss having access to other facilities in Lely. We were also a bit surprised to find most of the furniture different than what is pictured. We certainly enjoyed our stay and greatly appreciated Alex.

A wonderful stay in a quiet neighborhood

We had a ball here. on top of the back yard pool and hot tub there is another pool and hot tub a few steps away from the home. You are right on the golf course. The homeowner basically responds in minutes. All the amenities you need are in the home.

This home had everything we needed for a perfect Florida vacation!

The owner was always responsive when we had a question. The house was very clean and stocked with beach chairs ,an umbrella, and cooler to watch the perfect Naples and Marco Island sunsets. We enjoyed our morning walks from the house. Thank you again for your hospitality.

Amazing Host, Great home!

First impressions are everything...prior to our stay I inquired about fitness facilities, Alex responded right away with 3 suggestions. The morning of our arrival he texted to wish us a safe travel day and even let us know we could get in the property a bit early. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a really nice card, a bottle of wine, box of cookies and a lovely wrapped gift of additional goodies. The home is really nice, up to date, clean pool and hot tub, a 2 minute walk to the community pool, and extremely clean. We had everything and more that we needed. Any time I had a question and reached out to Alex, he responded in a matter of minutes. I cannot recommend Alex or this property enough.

Wonderful

My trip to Naples was to visit family. This property did not disappoint. It was well maintained and cleaned. The neighborhood was beautiful. The location is close to stores, restaurants and especially golfing. The owners were very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend renting this property! I plan on renting again when I visit Naples.

Great Area

The house was clean and fully stocked. First time staying at VRBO and will return without hesitation. Pool was clean and very nice, furniture was comfortable and this option is so much better than staying at a hotel. Close to Marco Island and downtown Naples. Perfect location.

Alex, the owner, was with out a doubt, the best communicator we have had the pleasure of renting a home from. He was accommodating and responsive. Our only disappointment is that we can't book for next year yet.

Loved it!

Very relaxing stay at this lovely home. The pool and spa were lots of fun and the view of the golf course was just perfect. I was a little concerned the golfers might be loud and intrusive but I barely noticed them, and the rolling hills and palm trees in the distance are gorgeous. The house was well equipped and Alex was a very responsive host. Great starting point for a trip to the beaches, the Everglades and across to Miami. The sunsets!

Great Place, Great Value

Located near the end of the street in the Falcons Glen neighborhood of the Lely Resort area, this house is in a great location. After a very long and tiring drive, we were all ready for bed when we showed up and fortunately, upon arrival, the house was very clean and ready for us. The house has many modern conveniences (nice appliances, good Wi-Fi, etc.) to make our stay comfortable and convenient. We had our own pool to use with a fantastic view of the golf course off of the nice lanai. It was a 5 minute walk down to Sam Snead's clubhouse and we had took a walk down for an afternoon drink. As expected, we encountered a couple of issues during our stay but Alex was fantastic and very responsive in helping us work through them. I am certain I will go back and stay in this house again! Thanks Alex for a great week!

It was okay

We rented this home for six nights. The house at first seemed nice, but as the days went on it became evident it is in need of some upkeep and maintenance as well as the cleaning service is subpar. Some of the fixtures are rusted. The washer is moldy. We also found bloodied sheets in one of the beds. The patio was dirty and I had to clean it myself to ensure debris did not go into the pool. There were dead bugs throughout the patio which resulted in dead bugs in the pool much of the time. I made sure to clean the pool regularly to ensure we weren’t swallowing bugs when in the pool. The grill was also not cleaned, which was a bit of a bummer. The lounge chairs were dirty and moldy as well as the pool is way smaller than it appears in the pictures- ok for smaller children. The house does have supplies for cooking, although we didn’t really cook much. There are also beach chairs, toys, etc which was nice. The owner was responsive to all our concerns and easy to communicate with. Good neighborhood and close to some beaches as well as restaurants and supermarket.

Nice place

We had a good time and thoroughly enjoyed the pool. The place was a little smaller than I thought, but that wasn’t actually an issue. The furniture is different than what was pictured. Again, not really an issue, just an observation. The only issues we had, I contacted Alex about and it was taken care of quickly. Great customer service response. The only thing I wish was better was more comfortable mattresses, but it didn’t affect our trip. The master shower was amazing!

The home was very nice, plenty of space for our family. The beach chairs, towels, umbrella and cart we're great for our days at the beach. The neighborhood was very clean and quiet. The owners were wonderful to work with. Would definitely stay there again.

The Kubinski’s are a fun-loving family of four, living in the suburbs of Detroit. Parents Alex and Kathleen have been married for almost 30 years and have raised two wonderful children. Adam, the oldest, married in August 2022 spent 8 years in the US Infantry and now works for Shinola in Detroit. His younger sister, Sophie, is a senior at the University of Michigan and is studying Mechanical Engineering.
Alex is a Mechanical Engineer who is in the field of Vehicle Certification (for vehicles being exported overseas), while Kathleen is a qualified graphic designer who now works as an Interior Designer. They love to travel to explore new places but also love the Naples area in Florida where they can relax.
The Kubinski’s are opening their vacation rental in the hope that they can share their lovely home with others.
