What a fantastic location and new instantly it was the right decision upon entering! The place is loaded with accessories, specially in the garage if you’re looking for a bike ride beach outing or even a small electronic skateboard the place really has it all, I felt like I was at home. Staying in a place like this can really dictate the whole experience for your vacation, and we’re glad we stayed here.

Really fun ocean cottage feel. Enjoyed watching the parade of fishing boats launching onto Naples Bay.

Beautiful house in an excellent location!

My husband and I recently stayed at the Coastal Cottage and had a wonderful time. The location is perfect-close to beaches and 5th Avenue. The house was comfortable, clean and well equipped. The managers were communicative and very pleasant to deal with.

Great house!

My siblings and I stayed for a long weekend and had a great time. The location is perfect, close to a lot, including a beautiful park at the end of the street. The house us gorgeous and has everything you need.

Beautiful Florida House

This house is beautiful and had everything we needed for our stay. The location is nice as we were right down the street from a nice little park and boat ramp which made for great people watching. The check in/out process was super easy and communication with the owner was great. Would definitely stay here again.

Great winter get-away!

House was just perfect! Bright, airy, and well appointed. Had everything we needed. Location was ideal; close to all. Loved sunset at Bayview Park just down the street.

Great house!

This house was a great place filled with everything you could need for a vacation stay in Naples. It was clean, up to date and nicely decorated. We appreciated having the hot tub and used it often.

Clean well furnished and nicely decorated home.

We had a great stay. Cycled to Botanical Gardens, 360 Marketplace, the Pickleball Complex, and through the Isles of Collier Preserve. Had breakfast daily on the lanai. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home.

This home is immaculate with tasteful decor. Communicating with Susanne was very easy as she responded quickly. We would definitely stay here again, if we re-visit the area.

Rental property was beautiful and clean. The attention paid to details was good. Was well furnished and generally comfortable. Some suggestions might be sectional seating in living area and a better TV with cable.

Loved it!

The house is brand new, very clean, and has everything one may need. Decorated as a cute beach house, located within 2 walking minutes from Bayfront park. Highly recommend, the property is wonderful and in case you have any questions / concerns, Suzanne (the contact for the owners) is extremely responsive. 5 stars all around!

Beautiful Naples Home

This home is beautifully decorated. Full kitchen cabinets for all your cooking needs. The enclosed Lanai is very private, includes a hot tub for a small fee. It is a 5 minute walk to a beautiful Marina! It's fun to sit on the front porch and watch all the boaters go by. Extremely quiet neighborhood. Very comfortable home. I definitely recommend this home for relaxation and sunshine in Naples!

Really nice house

We were delighted with our house. It was very modern but quite cosy. We loved that it had a screened in outside deck where we ate every breakfast and some lunches. We also sat outside to read and have afternoon coffee. Twice we walked to the end of the street to the marina to watch the boats come and go. We were 20-25 minutes away from my sister's house in Pelican Bay, and 30 minutes away from the bridge center but that negative was far outweighed by the spacious comfort of the house.

The property was as clean and well equipped. Roughly half the cups were chipped and should be replaced. Using the whistling kettle was a bit of a pain. Suggest the owner purchase an electric kettle.

We can't recommend this relaxing retreat highly enough. Perfection!

This delightful beach house was filled with charm and stocked with everything we needed for the perfect Naples getaway. Every room is exquisitely decorated in soothing pastels. The beds and bathrooms are heavenly. The cozy den is perfect for family game nights. We enjoyed the gorgeous weather sunning ourselves on comfy lounging chairs in the covered lanai. We grilled and dined outside every night with a gulf breeze blowing gently. The kitchen is loaded with amenities -- including a massive refrigerator, large stovetop, and beautiful dinnerware. Bonus: It's a quick stroll to Bayview Park and a quick bike ride (bikes provided!) to the Naples Botanical Gardens. Jackpot: If you are a pickleball fanatic, the East Naples Community Park is right around the corner to feed your addiction!

Naples trip

Overall we all were extremely pleased by this property. The location worked well for us. A short walk to the park was very nice. The bait shop down the street, oddly, was fantastic. They have fresh fish on fridays. Be aware the line forms early. The only issue i had was that i was charged for two extra guests. We had four in our party. I do not believe that would have changed my selection but it would have been nice to have had a better explanation in the details. Will i look at this property on my next trip to naples…you bet!
