perfect for family stay

This house was perfect for our family stay while visiting grandparents nearby. We did not cook in the kitchen or use the pool as we spent most of our time at the grandparents' place, but the amount of space was just right for our family with two teenagers.

Simple Easy and Great for young families

We really enjoyed are Christmas time stay. Owner was responsive and the House was in Good shape. For the price, an excellent location in Palm Springs.

Great Vacation Getaway

The house was in a quiet neighborhood near the airport. It was well stocked with all the amenities and the pool was equipped with floating toys and lounge chairs. It was a wonderful get away in a private setting.

Quiet location with great view of mountains

25 minutes to Indian Wells for the tennis tournament. Quiet lovely location. Everything as described. Good for two couples, bedrooms and bathrooms on each end of house. Very private. Great communication with host.

Great Stay

This property is close everything you would want in a Palm Springs Vacation. There was plenty of room for my family of four, and we had a great time in the pool with all the provided pool accessories! This home is in a quiet, safe neighborhood (which was very important to us). The kitchen is well stocked with everything you will need! We had a wonderful time.

Overall a nice place to stay but could use some improvements

Locations is great, nice pool. Home in need of some small repairs, ie loose faucets, sticky drawers, loose or broken handles on doors and gates. Home had some small sugar ants in the kitchen so we had to be careful not to leave anything out.

Nice, quiet location

The house looks just like the pictures. It's located on a quiet street with spacious bedrooms and a lovely backyard. We came down with our adult children and there was plenty of room with all the amenities. The only downside was that the pool wasn't heated so it wasn't usable for us. There's a hot tub, which was nice for the cool evenings and an unexpected bonus was the grapefruit tree in the backyard. We helped ourselves to them for breakfast.

Palm Springs vacation

This is a nice place in a good quiet safe neighborhood. The house has well enough towels, kitchen utensils, good dishwasher, and heating. We did not use the jacuzzi or the pol as it was cool outside ( Jan end). One issue we noticed which the homeowner may not be aware of is there was a lot of accumulated water under the sink. Water must be leaking there whenever the sink tap was used. This made the rug there wet. There are lot of restaurants close by (within 2-3 miles) including a grocery store. Overall, I will recommend this place.

We had a wonderful stay. The house was clean and had everything you needed. The pool was perfect, which is where we spent most of our time. Highly recommend and will definitely be staying there in the future!!

Beautiful, private backyard

We enjoyed our short stay in this clean, well equipped house. We especially enjoyed relaxing in and around the pool in the lovely backyard. Picking ripe grapefruit for breakfast was fun too. There was some miscommunication regarding access instructions but once we were settled, we were very comfortable and we would not hesitate to stay here again.

Close to downtown, clean, and well stocked with a sparkling pool

We had a wonderful experience. Hector was a great communicator and very responsive. The house was very clean and well stocked. The beds were extremely comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped. The pool and spa were sparkly clean. It was in close proximity to fabulous restaurants and shops downtown. We will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Yard

This house worked perfectly for our family. Each bedroom has its own perks. The view of the pool and yard in the daytime and at night are it’s best feature! It makes me want to move here!

Great vacation getaway

It was a nice house with a well appointed kitchen. We had everything we needed for cooking and the kids had fun in the heated pool. A set of twin beds in one of the rooms would be nice for families. Centrally located neighborhood.

Palm Springs Trip

Great little vacation spot in Palm Springs that I would definitely return to. The only complaints would be timing of the pool cleaner. We arrived Friday mid-day and the pool cleaner arrived a few hours later. When leaving, he told us we couldn’t go in until the next day because of the chemicals he was putting in. Would’ve been nice to have the pool cleaned and shocked prior to our arrival so we could utilize it for the full trip.
