Ryan was a super attentive host. Super helpful with helping find a restaurant the first night. The condo was perfect! Beautiful views, easy access to beach and super clean. Love too that he had all the beach essentials!We had a blast and will be back! Thank you!!

Cape Canaveral Beach Delight

Responsive communication with the owners made it easy to meet for the key. Quiet and peaceful residential surroundings. Very comfortable and well appointed apartment. Perfect location on a long and large beautiful beach with «The View» on the ocean coast and magnificent sunrises. An impressive rocket launch during our stay. Fun to watch those enormous cruise ships sailing in and out the port canal entrance. This rental was an excellent choice in every ways. Charles and Andree From Quebec City February 2023

Great Stay at Stella Del Mare

Everything was as described in the VRBO info on this property. It was very clean, updated, with spectacular views. I was disappointed in the fact that we were provided only two trash bags and very little dish detergent for five nights (with 6 people). I like to keep things clean so we had to go out and buy these. I understand that there are tenants that would abscond with any extra cleaning supplies but for the daily rate that I was paying for this condo I feel that I should not have to go out and buy dish detergent and trash bags. Maybe it was an oversight on behalf of the cleaning crew. I have stayed in many condos for half the fee that provided "just enough" trash bags and dish detergent for our stay. The owner was very gracious and met us to give us the keys upon entry and even brought another key the next day so that all of the adults could have one. The beach area was clean and not too crowded and the pool was super nice and clean. A shuffleboard court and putting green were nice additional features. It is a beautiful place!

Yes, we have in the past had cleaning supplies mysteriously disappear; so unfortunately we must now, pre-stock a limited supply for each individual stay - this particular shortage was an oversight and we have taken steps to avoid this in the future! May Cocoa Beach Vacation

The condo was clean and well equipped. Glad to see it had a blender for strawberry daiquiris and milkshakes! Incredible corner unit with four windows facing the ocean. Wow. Two balconies… Another wow. One of the bedrooms does not have a door, but a curtain. That was a surprise, but and proved a problem when some of our group was up playing games while others were trying to sleep in that bedroom. The beach is wonderful and it’s just a short walk from the complex. Love the pool … only wish there was a hot tub. On first appearance, the surrounding neighborhood looked a little seedy, but we did not experience any problems. We found a lot of great restaurants in Canaveral, including Rustys. There isn’t really any great shopping area, which was a little disappointing but we went to Downtown Disney and that did the trick! We could see the launch area at Kennedy Center from our unit, but unfortunately there were no launches during our stay. I would definitely recommend this for a vacation. We wanted to mix a beach vacation with a day at Disney and a day at Universal. That worked out great … just a one hour drive.

Great location, unbeatable view.

The condo could not have been cleaner, in a better location, or have a more amazing view. Ryan and Jen were quick to respond to our questions and concerns via text. Our biggest issue is the listing indicates the unit is a three bedroom. IT IS NOT. The second queen bedroom had a door but was separated from the main living/TV area by a curtain. The listing photos appear to have been strategically taken to obscure this. This room also has no closet or dresser to unpack. Other issues: Flaky/broken elevators, dysfunctional bathroom faucets, noisy/low/unsafe ceiling fans. Building Elevators: The first night we arrived someone got stuck on one of the elevators and the local Fire Department had to be called. That elevator was broke for 5 days. Evening day 7, the both elevators were broken. Hiking up 14 flights of stairs to the 7th floor was a daunting prospect for the senior member our family who had recently had her knee replaced. She was MISERABLE by the time we arrived at the 7th floor landing. Fortunately, they had one lift back in service by the next morning at 9am. The second lift was also working by the end of the day which allowed us to comfortably transport all of our luggage back down to the parking lot. Conversations with long terms guests lead us to believe: ELEVATOR ISSUES ARE QUITE COMMON over the last two decades, when staying at Canaveral Towers. We won’t be staying at Stella Del Mare again.

The condo was very clean and well stocked. Great views from the balconies and rooms. The only slight issue we had was that one of the bedrooms is separated from the living room by a curtain, not a wall. The pool and beach are easily accessible and plenty of great things to do in the area.

Gorgeous views

Our vacation goals included ocean views from several rooms, the sound of waves, quiet and peaceful surroundings, and nearby activities for my teen and young adult children. This property exceeded our expectations. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The property was well appointed and very comfortable. Gorgeous Condo on the Beach!

Incredible beachfront views. Newly remodeled so everything is first class. We've been going to Cocoa Beach and surrounding beaches for the past 25+ years. The Cape Beach is actually better if you want to avoid the crowds and is only a couple miles from Cocoa. Highly recommend.

Family of five had an excellent time. The condo was beautiful and clean! Relaxing place to spend our mini vacation. Would definitely come here again. Owner was awesome and went out of his way for us after we had travel issues.
