Catch a beautiful sunrise while siting on your private balcony, sipping your morning drink of choice. Seaside Escape is located in the highly sought after Canaveral Towers complex. A well-equipped kitchen offers everything you'll need to feel right at home. The split floor plan offers a variety of sleeping arrangements. The primary bedroom now has a king size bed and the second bedroom has 2 queens. You have an assigned parking space as well as additional parking if you need it. There is a putter in the condo for your use. You can also get shuffleboard equipment near the pool area. The oversize heated pool, offers a break from the beach. This is free of charge to guests. Let's not forget about the large heated pool, and private beach access. Seaside Escape is perfect for a multi-family get away or simply someone wanting lots of space.

Just left a 6 night stay while there for a softball tournament! It was perfect for my family of 5! The location right on the beach was our favorite part, we loved the pool also! House was clean, check in was easy, and there was so much to do in the area on our down time. We also loved that shampoo, conditioner, soap etc was included! Will definitely book again next time we visit the area!

The host was great and answered questions in a timely manner. The pool and beach access and covered parking was excellent. The kitchen items are worn and need updates/refresh as does the main bathroom vanity and toilet as both were cracked and well worn. The location was excellent as well. It would be helpful if beach chairs were included in rental since this is an oceanfront property but there were stores nearby to purchase.

Good vacation

No complaints. Unit was very clean. Pool and pool bathrooms were very clean. Location was great. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Great place to stay!

great place to stay with no kids

very nice rental property. very close to the beach. had all amenities needed for the week. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND STAYING WITH KIDS THOUGH. The "owners" on grounds are not family friendly and do not like kids. Cops were called every night we were there. I do not advise to stay here if staying with any sports teams either. It was not fun for our girls.

Comfortable Place, Great Location for Families

We loved staying here! The property is clean and comfortable for a family of 4 to make a homebase for a week of fun on the east coast of Florida. We used the pool daily and it was just a short walk to the beach to enjoy the waves. Beds were cozy and water pressure in the showers was great. Lots of restaurants and things to do in the neighborhood. Would highly recommend!

Lovely property with great location!

Clean and bright and close to the beach! Quiet neighborhood and easy beach walk to the Cocoa Beach Pier. If space launches are scheduled from Cape Canaveral, they can be seen from the beach in front of the property! Enjoyed it all.

Lovely place, but the AC was out, so we ended up in another unit in Melbourne. We still really enjoyed our stay and Janice was very nice and accommodating.

Perfect location very close to the beach. Secure neighborhood.

This is a very nice and decorated unit. There were a few non emergent maintenance issues that I communicated with the mgnt about. I will say that this particular unit would be ideal for a family that is smaller in height stature, as the master bath sink & toilet sets low to the ground. Also would recommend living room TV exchanged for a larger screen.

It was just ok.

Overall pretty good. Supplied beach gear was not good. Chairs were terrible and umbrellas were broken with missing parts. There was construction on the unit above us, so that was not good. Had I known that I would not have stayed here.

Cape Canaveral - Seaside Escape

The location of the condo cannot be beat! You are steps away from the pool and access to the beach. If we had any problems arise when we were there, Janice, the property manager, responded quickly and sent someone to remedy the situation. There are some things that need to be purchased for the condo: new pots & pans, new bath & dish towels (only 1 dish towel), higher wattage light bulbs for lamps & light fixtures, new shower curtain liner for master bath. Only 1 elevator out of 2 were working for our entire 10 day stay & there were parts of days that we had no working elevator. We found out this has been an on-going problem in the building. The building has 9 floors & having only 1 working elevator or no elevator service is not only an inconvenience but a safety issue. This needs to be addressed as soon as possible.

Location is great! Condo was very clean & right on the beach. However, the owner texted me & accused me of playing loud music at the pool. I hadn't even been to the pool at this time. Claiming there was video evidence of me which I did not allow anyone to video tape me. The following day I did make it to the pool, & the manager called the police because we had 40 people in the pool (not just my group the complex as a whole) the limit was 36. Instead of politely asking us to get out the police were notified. They looked really foolish when the police did nothing. The manager and maintenance man made us feel not welcomed. This facility is not for families to book, & should be a rental for retirement couples. By the end of the trip my 12 yo was not allowed to play with his beach ball in the pool. No signs or anything in the "rule book" about any toys not allowed in the pool with plenty of pool toys in our condo. The maintenance man accused us of having glass in the pool area the day prior (when we were at the fields). The condo only allowed 2 keys, which for 4 adults was not enough. Also the key was mailed to my house which was very weird. We almost didn't receive. The functionality of the condo would work much better if there was not so much clutter. It was very cute, but not functional especially if you had young kids. The community bathroom by the pool had a cockroach about 3in long. I killed it when I used the bathroom. Then it continued to lay there for 3 days.
