Modern canal home with private dock

Our tastefully updated home is perfectly situated for you to enjoy swimming and water activities in the deep water canal but also just a few minutes walk to the beach. Bring your own boat to enjoy direct access to cruise along the intercoastal waterway with the open ocean just a short ride away.

This well maintained cottage provides an open living space indoors along with plenty of additional areas to relax and dine outside.

The bright and airy open plan living area has a lovely view of the canal and plenty of room to relax. There is a dining area that seats 8 people. The well stocked kitchen has everything you need to enjoy cooking at home on the days you don't want to try one of the many great restaurants OIB has to offer.

For sleeping there is a king bedroom with a full bathroom. 2 bedrooms that both have a queen and a full bed and share a Jack and Jill bathroom with double sinks. Then an additional king bedroom upstairs which has beautiful sunset views.
Every bedroom has a smart TV.

There is also an enclosed outdoor shower with changing area.

Enjoy spending time outside on the deck with relaxing views of the canal. You will find a dining table that seats 8, sun loungers and rocking chairs.

Relax underneath the cottage in the comfortable seating area, sun lounger or hammock.

Guests provide their own linens.

Any guests under the age of 25 must be mentioned when booking.

This was our second year at this property. It’s the perfect size for our 2 small families and a short walk to the beach. We love the huge deck over the canal and the seating under the house when thunderstorms roll in! We will certainly be back next year!

We loved having our boat with us during our stay. The place was spacious and we loved the outdoor deck area and first floor seating with ping pong table. There is plenty of parking as well with easy canal access to intercoastal waterway. It was well equipped! I would suggest the carpets be cleaned.

This house was absolutely perfect for my family. Very well stocked kitchen and every little detail was accounted for. Even the chef knives were sharp! Plenty of dishes and silverware for all of us The outside areas made the house even better. Quick walk or golf cart ride to the beach. Plenty of parking. House was clean and beds were comfy.

Great trip. Was able to catch a couple of blue crabs in our crab trap we brought in the canal. Caught plenty of fish as well off the dock which excited all the kids.

Wonderful house!

The house was very clean and well organized. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we could have needed! Very spacious fenced in under the house with tons of furniture, grill, and even corn hole! The location is very conveniently located to beach accesses with ramps and tons of golf cart parking. We will be back for sure!

Wonderful, relaxing vacation!

Beautifully decorated and furnished with a fully stocked kitchen to cook all of our meals. Evening dinners on the deck overlooking the canal were priceless. Loved being just a short walk to the beach, but just a few steps to the canal for kayaking, SUP'ing, and cooling off after a full day on the beach. Thank you for providing an great place to escape and relax!
