Our tastefully updated home is perfectly situated for you to enjoy swimming and water activities in the deep water canal but also just a few minutes walk to the beach. Bring your own boat to enjoy direct access to cruise along the intercoastal waterway with the open ocean just a short ride away.

This well maintained cottage provides an open living space indoors along with plenty of additional areas to relax and dine outside.

The bright and airy open plan living area has a lovely view of the canal and plenty of room to relax. There is a dining area that seats 8 people. The well stocked kitchen has everything you need to enjoy cooking at home on the days you don't want to try one of the many great restaurants OIB has to offer.

For sleeping there is a king bedroom with a full bathroom. 2 bedrooms that both have a queen and a full bed and share a Jack and Jill bathroom with double sinks. Then an additional king bedroom upstairs which has beautiful sunset views.
Every bedroom has a smart TV.

There is also an enclosed outdoor shower with changing area.

Enjoy spending time outside on the deck with relaxing views of the canal. You will find a dining table that seats 8, sun loungers and rocking chairs.

Relax underneath the cottage in the comfortable seating area, sun lounger or hammock.

Guests provide their own linens.

Any guests under the age of 25 must be mentioned when booking.
