Enjoy a beautiful and sparkling clean 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath condo at the highly acclaimed Shores of Panama Resort in Panama City Beach. Our condo offers stunning views of the resort pool and the Gulf of Mexico, making it the perfect spot for your beach vacation. It can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests and has everything you need for a relaxing getaway. You can conveniently utilize grocery delivery or pickup at Walmart, which is just across the street, allowing you to cook for the entire family!

This spacious condo features three separate bedrooms. The Master Bedroom has a sliding glass door that leads to a large double balcony. The second bedroom includes a queen bed, while the third bedroom sleeps three with a full bed on the bottom and a twin bed on top. Additionally, a twin blow-up air mattress is available for the 8th guest. Book today and experience the breathtaking sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico from your balcony!

The kitchen is equipped with granite countertops and ample storage space. It includes a variety of essentials such as a coffee pot, pots and pans, dishes, a blender, a microwave, and much more for your cooking needs. For added convenience, there is a washer and dryer available for laundry during your stay. All linens and towels are provided to ensure your utmost comfort. The bathrooms are spacious, featuring a shower/tub combo and a vanity area.

Great location and great condo.

This is our second time at The Shores of Panama and have thoroughly enjoyed both stays. This property is located on one of the best beaches I have been on. This condo was very clean and refreshing. I would definitely stay again.

My family of 9 enjoyed the comfort of the condo. Had everything we neeed for our week stay. The view to the beach was fantastic. The pool was crystal clean and they even closed it down during the day once to sanitize it. The elevators weren’t bad during the week but started getting worse towards weekend. But didn’t bother me because the resorts gave me a lot of memories to take back home in Missouri! Thank you for letting stay in your beautiful condo.

Loved our stay

We absolutely loved this condo. It was clean and the check in process was easy. We go to Panama city atleast once a year and this was the nicest condo we have stayed at thus far. Loved the amenities and liked that there was someone stationed at the bach access to ensure only residents of the condo were using that entrance/exit. We felt very secure.

Enjoyable stay

We enjoyed our stay. It was nice that there were sand chairs and an umbrella on the balcony that we could use when we went to the beach. The kitchen was stocked with some spices and plenty of pans, pasta strainer, and a really big bowl which came in handy, also there were lots of hangers in the closet and space for suitcases. We were there at the same time college kids on spring break were there, but the walls are thick and really didn't hear noise at night.

Nice resort!

The unit 1623 was beautiful! There was a last minute issue with the condo we had reserved and we ended up here. The rental company was great and fixed it so quickly. They answered all of our questions promptly. Beds were comfortable and everything was clean! The oversized balcony was nice for the family to hang out. The view is at an angle so if you are used to a full front view that is an adjustment. Still beautiful, just different. The pool was super spacious and pretty great! There is a quiet time, but not very well enforced. There were people screaming off their balconies at all hours. The beach itself was clean and beautiful! The parking garage was the only true negative. I would say great overall and I would stay again.

Best view

We had a wonderful time for our first vacation after having a baby. We brought our 4 month old and she did so good. The black out drapes helped her get good sleep. We also had an amazing view! We loved staying in this condo. The elevators really weren't as bad at wait times as people have said on previous reviews. We thought the place was a great spot for families. And we especially enjoyed the decor, furniture, and location of the condo.

Everything was great with the exception of the elevators. They were a nightmare. I don’t know if construction/remodeling is an issue or they are not enough elevators for that size building. It wasn’t the actual room but 30 minute wait plus to run to the room and back was very annoying. I should also point out that most of the staff at Shores of Panama were unhelpful and rude. The aforementioned reviews are facts.

Spring Break 2023

The condo is beautiful and the balcony has a clear view of the sunset. It was clean and appropriately stocked with kitchen tools but could have used a few more towels. At no fault to the condo owners, with being there during spring break, the elevators were incredibly slow and luggage carts were extremely hard to find. Would definitely stay in this unit again during a less crowded time.

To my surprise the unit next door was remodeling and removing their bathroom at the time of my stay the condo itself wasn't clean I had to clean it myself the security at the hotel was very rude bamming at the unit next door for a about 10 mins at 7:45am along with them being very rude to multiple guest during our entire stay ,the until next door used the door mat for a towel while cleaning their toilet that had being sitting outside our until along with piles of wood old carpet a Dolli and other tool that I'm glad my children didn't get hurt on anything the host Farah was great about communication and the front desk clerk at registration was very friendly and helpful very speedy my family come from all across the world to meet yearly this has been my worst visit ever also my first time trying this condo being I wanted to be right on the sand it was very disappointing

Good vibes

Had a great time. Lots of things to do around us and the Wal-mart was great. View was amazing from the living room from the comfy couches. Wished we could’ve seen out the sliding door better seemed to be foggy. The internet connection was acting up most the time. All and all a Great stay.

Loved the condo but not the elevators

The property was great, the management was great! However, the elevators in this building were a nightmare between 8am - 8pm.

Great stay

Our stay at 1623 was very pleasant. Before arrival, we received multiple text messages along with a detailed E-Mail with information regarding check-in and updates on our room, making the process smooth and simple. Make sure to read the description given on VRBO, as well as the E-mail, it will list exactly what the room offers and what you may want to provide. The room is exactly as shown in the pictures. The room is very clean and met our expectations. Be prepared to wait some time for an elevator during peak hours (10am-6pm), they can get very busy. Also, the parking garage can be a tight squeeze with larger vehicles; if your vehicle is 6'10" or taller, you may want to find an "oversize parking" spot. The beach will get very crowded, so if you want a decent spot, make sure to go down early and set up your chairs. Overall, this is an excellent condo with an excellent host. However, the Shores of Panama complex leaves much to be desired. Would stay with this host again, but maybe at a different complex.

The shores of Panama unit 1623 was an amazing experience! Great view and a beautiful really clean room! We will definitely be booking again. Beautiful beach with resort right on the beach

The property and room was exactly as listed. It is right on the beach. The elevators are the worst part about this resort. Between about 8 am - 8pm you wait for anywhere from 20 min. to 1 hr just to go up or down. You can set up your own tent or canopy on beach, but spaces are limited. It's hard to find a spot to sit in a chair around the pool, but there is plenty of room in the pool. The pool is not very deep. It's anywhere between 1.5 ft- 5ft deep. Our room was on 16 the floor. It had a great view with a private balcony. It had a view chairs and small table on the balcony for you to sit or eat breakfast. The rooms were clean and stocked with basic pans, utensils, cups, and plates. It also had a stackable washer and dryer in our condo. The parking garage can get backed, if you have a large vehicle be aware it is a tight fit. There is one parking space designated for each condo. They do have yellow spots that are blank for anyone to park in, but they can fill up fast on some floors. This condo is within just a few miles from plenty of restaurant and family entertainment. Overall it was a nice place to stay. I would definitely book here again if I came back to Panama City Beach.
