Relaxing get away

The cabin was amazing and so hidden from the real world. Was a perfect place for a little get away with my husband!!! Loved the view, the hot tub and the cabin was awesome! Would stay here again!

Location of the property was remote enough to provide quiet countryside atmosphere, but close enough to downtown that driving back and forth only took minutes. Very pleased with our stay!

Perfect Anniversary Getaway

The Avalon cottage was amazing. Awesome views from the front porch, Otis of wildlife to watch. Relax in the hot tub in the evenings was nice. Would definitely go back.

Nice quiet getaway

The cabin was great from start to finish. Check in was easy. Great place for a couples getaway and the hot tub was perfect for relaxing and having a couple of drinks. Just far enough out of town for peace and quiet but still close enough to enjoy what Fredericksburg has to offer. We will definitely stay again.

Labor Day trip

Loved that we were so closed to downtown, yet seemed like we were miles away. Best of both worlds!!! Loved the convenience and the quiet, again can't say enough about how it checked all the boxes!!!

Hidden Away Gem!!

The cottage and its amenities was perfect! A private little get away location out in the country away from the city lights, but close enough to Fredricksburg to partake in any activity. Fire place, hot tub, wifi, kitchen furnishing all made the stay excellent.

Great place in the country

This was the first time we stayed out in the country and not in town, from this point on we will stay out in the country. this was a great place, 5-7 minutes from town center. The property was a perfect get away.

loved the place

we really enjoyed the charm of seeing the deer, the stars and hot tub. Had a difficult time finding it due to our host giving us the wrong address not even the correct street and the wifi code did not work

Nice and simple

Wonderful little house off the beaten path but not to far from the main strip. House has everything you could need and the owners were nice enough to help me with special requests for my 20th anniversary. Would definitely come back next time I'm ever in town.

Peaceful Environment

Simple, Private and cozy. Would have liked to have some spices available for food. Bed was very comfortable. Enjoyed seeing deer in front of property. Management was quick to respond to needs and questions. Overall a wonderful experience. Would come again!
