Convenient 4 Bedroom 2.5 Bath Cliff surfer chic family home in the very best location on the island. Close to everything! Located near the bike path (bikes included) and a half mile to Steps Beach, and less than a mile to town. Expansive back deck with sensational sunset views overlooking conservation land and the Westmoor Club.

Come experience the laid-back charm of the MaddshACK. A four-bedroom family home sleeps eight set in the Cliff area of Nantucket - a perfect vacation location! This area is great for children and is convenient to downtown and area beaches. Quiet and large private lot with a terrific yard.
Jeep Wrangler available as an add-on to rental!

FIRST FLOOR
Enter into two open, sunny main living areas. To one side is the family room area to host family and friends with adjoining kitchen. On the other side is a comfortable living area with a decorative fireplace, game table, and bar area. In between, is a perfectly placed laundry and half bath. Both sides open out to the fabulous back deck spanning the length of the home with stunning expansive views over west-facing protected conservation land where you can enjoy the sunsets nightly.
SECOND FLOOR
Two serene bedrooms. Primary with king bed and guest room with queen bed. Full bathroom with tub.
LOWER LEVEL
Two comfortable bedrooms. One with two twins with a door to outside. One bunk room with 2 sets of bunk beds and one twin bed (best suited for children). Full bathroom.

We were a group of 4 women for a girls weekend. We loved the house. Great location. We used the bikes a lot. Better than trying to park a car. The house is nicely furnished and plenty of room for everyone. It wasn’t “beach” time when we went but I can see how amazing it would be to rent this house in season.

Relaxing Nantucket Retreat

Better than the photos, this lovely retreat was perfect for our family. The large dining table and the two seating areas provided many great moments of family time. Close to town and the beach, we were able to walk to most everything we wanted.

Perfect stay in a perfect location

Our long journey from Germany was definitely worth it. We were rewarded with a beautiful house on the dreamlike Nantucket. Everything was perfect and to feel good! The kitchen is super equipped and we had nice family dinners together. The ambience is stylish and tasteful and very comfortable. Nantucket moms retreat

We had the Nantucket experience we hoped for—the house was perfect and had everything we needed. It was a great location by the bike path and walking distance to Steps Beach and town. We explored every part of the island. We loved the yard and deck and privacy to sit outside. It has a great set up, inside and out. We really enjoyed our stay and Kara was an excellent and responsive host.

Young family vacation

Best location on the island in my opinion. With a car, it's central to activities of all kinds whether beach/town/biking exploring the island etc. Beautiful views from back deck. Nice yard. Enough space to spread out for a family with young kids (we shared the house with friends and we both have kids 5 and under). Clean living spaces and well designed layout. We would rent again.

Nantucket Cottage

We had a fantastic time at this cottage. We had 5 guests but it sleeps 8-10+. Super easy loungy layout to the main floor for daily routines. Only 5 minutes to town, 10 minutes to Surfside Beach, 10 minutes to Millie’s. The house was super quiet for lazy afternoons and evenings. We hope we can come back sometime.

Perfect Nantucket Getaway

MaddshACK was tastefully decorated and exactly as listed. Kara was attentive and kind. Close enough to the city to walk/bike but far enough to enjoy the solace our family needed. We all loved being so close to Steps Beach and highly recommend this home.

Convenient home with a beautiful view!

My friends and I had a wonderful time visiting Kara's home. Kara was very quick to respond if we ever had questions and the home was impeccably clean and beautifully decorated. It is conveniently located to downtown, the beach, bike paths, etc. and the sunset view simply can't be beat!
