It was a good stay. Everything went well. If I had any sort of minor critique, it was that there wasn’t any beach supplies or condiments. Neither were listed so really it’s not a critique, I just personally have a preference where there’s at least beach supplies readily available. Going to stay there again :)

We had a great stay! The condo is in a perfect location! It’s directly on the beach and close enough to restaurants that you can walk. The condo was clean, quiet, and the host was helpful and easy to reach. The pool was very nice and not crowded. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Great Location

The condo was the perfect location for my daughter's dance competition at the Gulf Coast Convention Center. This is our third year to stay at SeaOats.

Nice quiet place!

The property was nice and was as described! Thr rooms were clean and neat! The mattress in all the rooms were not very comfortable though! It was a very short walk to the beach! Overall a great place to stay!

Great Place!

Condo was great! We had no issues at all. Stocked well with anything you would need to cook. Plenty of towels. Great location! Easy access to beach. Loved having the beach service, but get down early to reserve your spot. Would definitely stay again! Area is great. Lots of food options. We were there during July 4th. Fireworks were great!

Amazing stay!!!

This property was everything and more!!! A great location with not alot of people!! I booked this last second due to a non affiliated condo canceling 2 days before our vacation! This condo was better priced and more room! Communication was great also! They had a scheduled routine spray for the building and a fire extinguisher check and we knew when they were coming and everything. We never were inconvenienced in the least. Will definitely book the same place again in the future!!!

Nice but Could Be Better

View was excellent and the property itself is in a good location. Our condo was on the 3rd floor close to the pool, so I was a little nervous about possible noise but this wasn’t a problem. It’s was quiet after pool hours closed. Beach attendants were nice and we loved the beach chairs that accompany the room. We did have to stand in line each day to reserve our chairs which was not what we are used to doing at other condos. The condo itself was clean but definitely needs a thorough DEEP clean. I understand what other reviewers are talking about when they say the unit needs cleaning. When hanging my clothes in the closet, the bar had a thick grime all across the top. The floors (especially baseboards), top of furniture, and toilets need attention. I did find hair in one bed upon arrival and one of the walls had lots of wear and tear that badly needs attention. Upon arrival we noticed one of the elevators was being repaired and was out of commission that night. A few days later we heard a couple that got stuck in the same elevator that was being repaired. We took the stairs each day. Beds were okay and plenty of linens were provided. Kitchen well stocked. Two of the tvs in two of the bedrooms weren’t working but were repaired once reported.

Very nice condo! Updated with granite counters, very clean, kitchen well equipped, and overall a wonderful experience! Our host was very responsive to a few questions asked prior to trip and kept in touch throughout our stay. Would highly recommend!

Really no big complaints. I must say this is the cleanest condo we have stayed at in the last few years. Last year we had roaches at Waters Edge and the room wasn't clean when we arrived. Beach service was excellent. Living room furniture needs updated
