Completed in 2021, 1,500 sq ft downtown Cedarville condo in the Bluewater Hotel. Private balcony overlooking Cedarville Bay, 3 total bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms with air conditioning. Two king suites with private bathrooms, third bedroom with full and single bed, couch in living room sleeps 2. Granite counters, stainless appliances, washer and dryer, hardwood floors, 65 inch smart tv with netflix, high speed internet, Condo is entire 2nd floor of the Bluewater Building. Walk to everything! Large wrap around porch with tables and chairs, directly across the street from public marina, park, ice cream store, Cattails Cove restaurant, Les Cheneaux Coffee Roasters, and Les Cheneaux Distillery. 150 yards to public library. Under 30 minute drive to Mackinac Island ferry, Sault locks, and Drummond Island; 60 minute drive to Nubs Nob Ski Resort and Boyne Highlands Resort; 80 miles to Tahquamenon Falls; 2 hour drive to Pictured Rocks. Free day docking at public marina across the street. Overnight slip available for fee.

Great place with tons of room…and bathrooms for everyone! Perfect location, can see the lake from the deck, with a cup of coffee from the shop downstairs; or, a cocktail from across the street!!!!

Enjoyed our short stay. Management was very responsive with text updates, etc. Had one issue with the plumbing, management was advised and I’m sure that will be taken care of as management seemed to very responsive. Hope to stay again!

Fun Weekend! Fabulous Condo!

Beautiful decor comfortable beds and 3 bathrooms a plus. Joe was great to work with. Easy check in and out. Enjoyed the open concept and large kitchen plenty of room for 4 couples.

U.P. Get-a-Way

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the U.P. The location of the condo above the coffee shop was perfect. It was also convenient to have 2 restaurants nearby to stop into after our daily adventures. Joe was very helpful during our stay. I would recommend this condo.

Great stay in UP Michigan

This condo was great! It was our first experience using VRBO, and we couldn’t be happier. The setting was relaxing with a great little coffeehouse directly below and two great bars right there. There was a nice playground just a few blocks away for our kids and a very nice little beach just a few minutes drive away. The scenery was great. The condo was clean and exactly as pictured and fit our family of five very comfortably.

Awesome Accommodations

Entire process was easy and owners were very accommodating. The apartment was in the perfect location. Loved getting up every morning and heading down to get coffee and grabbing ice cream across the street every evening. Apartment had everything we needed, was very clean, and beds were amazing. Cedarville was the perfect relaxing destination. We will be coming back. Thank you for a great week!

Space was beautiful; tons of windows and natural light. Each room had its own wall mounted AC unit (mini split, I believe it's called), so everyone could set their room to their preferred temp. Covered, spacious entryway. Prime location. We had young kids who enjoyed the playground near by. The only thing it doesn't have (that we usually look for in Cedarville) is quick easy beach/swim area access. Everything else with this unit is perfection. Oh and Joe was quick and responsive to the couple questions I had at the start. Much appreciated!
