The town`s famous pier and large public North Beach are a two-minute walk, or an even shorter ride in the home`s six-person ATV (prior arrangements with management company required). If you are looking for a place that offers updated luxury amenities, stellar views, in an unbeatable location that meets all of your needs for being near the beach, shops, restaurants & marinas, then this is the place for you. A masterclass in renovation, this home keeps the charm of the original cottage with beautiful updates including white oak floors, a custom crafted kitchen, contemporary bathrooms, bedroom built-ins and water views. Whether you want to welcome the morning by taking in the beautiful sunrise or relax after a long day against the backdrop of a Lake Michigan sunset, the dramatic picture window and expansive deck have you covered. 8 person Hot tub to be added in May 2025! South Haven's Best Kept Secret

This home was just perfect in every way! The decorating was beautiful and the home was super clean. The location was perfect as it was walking distance to the beach as well as restaurants in the town. We loved sitting on the deck at night and talking as a family and waving to people on boats or walking by. The hosts were extremely kind and accommodating in every way. I would highly recommend this home for your next vacation!

River View Relaxation

Summers on South on The River has it all!! Let me begin with the fantastic river view, especially from the outdoor deck and spacious family room. We also continuously used the fully furnished kitchen to make our meals. The convenience of all of the kitchen supplies we had access to was greatly appreciated. Finally, the walk to the public beach was very doable and not long at all. It’s a property I would recommend and go back to in the future.

Summer’s House/Safe Haven

Our family had a wonderful time together at this beautiful home. Clean, spacious, modern and great location! Charming little town and just blocks from the beaches of Lake Michigan…perfect! We loved the big picture windows with a beautiful view…and the spacious decking was a great gathering spot for fun conversation, game playing and dining. Gorgeous, spotless home minutes from the beach!

We loved the location of this gorgeous home. It was great eating on the patio overlooking the marina, and we were able to walk to the beach and to town easily. We brought our adult kids and had the best trip. The house was comfortable, spotless and the kitchen was well appointed and connected to the rest of the house. This is a great rental!!

Family vacation

We had a wonderful week, perfect location, close to beach & town with beautiful views of the marina. We enjoyed hanging outside on the deck, eating & playing games! Wonderful home, very comfortable beds, beautiful baths & lots of natural light! Hope to return next year!
