Rooms are large and accommodating. Kitchen is very well stocked. Host is responsive and provided lots of helpful information. There is a tram to the beach however, it includes two sets of stairs down with a total of approximately 20 in all - for those with mobility issues. Overall, the listing is as described and we enjoyed the house and amenities!

My family of 9 had a fantastic stay! Amenities matched the pictures. The kitchen was well equipped as we prepared several meals here. Check-in and check-out couldn’t have been easier. The short 2 minute walk to the beach was worth the private beach access with both stairs and tram, and the sunsets were lovely! We also enjoyed using the hot tub each night of our stay. This home is conveniently located for close visits to South Haven, Saugatuck, and Holland. We even purchased fresh eggs at the end of the lane. We have recommended this place to friends!

Had a large group of family/friends in South Haven for the Ice Breaker festival. Plenty of room for everyone to hang out, bedrooms were perfect, kitchen was roomy and well appointed. Very pleasant stay!

We 8 group of ladies had a great stay at this beautiful house. House is very spacious and well equipped. All bedrooms are decent in size with comfortable beds. Everything was incredible! Easily one of the best properties I’ve stayed at.The only thing that I didn’t know about before is that the lake is a very short walk just to the end of the road the house is on. I assumed based on the description that it was right down the back of the house. But maybe I missed something in the description. Regardless it didn’t affect how much we went down to the water. Gorgeous beachy feeling house. Super clean and easy to check in and out of! The host was very responsive, friendly, and helpful. I would stay again!
