The Fishbowl Manor is a beautifully renovated 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom complex perfect for extended family or multiple families traveling together. The Manor consists of 2 apartments in the same building sleeping a total of 16 people!

The Upper apartment is a beautifully renovated 3 bedroom (1 king, 1 queen and 2 bunk beds) sleeping 8 people in beds and has a sofa sleeper in the living room to sleep two more. It has 2 bathrooms and is located on the 2nd floor.

The Lower apartment has 2 bedrooms (1 queen, 2 twin beds) sleeping 4 in beds and has a sofa sleeper in the living room. It has 1 bathroom and is located on the 1st floor.

The Manor is perfect for family and friends traveling together but wanting their own private space to relax. Booking both apartments together at one time will save you money over booking each independently, and you'll have the certainty of all units being reserved at one time.

Located in the serene Mid-Island area of Fort Myers Beach and nestled in a tranquil neighborhood just a short walk between two beach access points, this peaceful retreat offers the perfect blend of relaxation and convenience. A nearby trolley stop provides easy access to the lively downtown area, home to the iconic Times Square, local restaurants, shops, and vibrant entertainment.

When booking The Manor, guests enjoy a private heated pool and other amenities including a grill, washer and dryer. Great time

The location was right across the street from the beach so took my dog for a walk every morning and night The sunsets were beautiful The kids love to swim in the pool every afternoon it was a life saver Had a great time

It was a great stay, the only mishap we had was no heat in the pool for 2 full days , they did come Out and fix it. It was nice and warm for the kid to swim after that. The walk to the beach was maybe three minutes which was great. They had everything in the kitchen you would possibly need which was awesome. I would stay here again !

Great stay at the Fishbowl!

We had a great stay at the Fishbowl Manor! The layout and location of the home was wonderful. We appreciated all the extra towels and beach gear! The kids enjoyed spending lots of time in the pool! Would definitely stay here again!'

Fish Bowl Manor was terrific! Our family stayed 14 days and loved the house. It had plenty of room for our large family. The apartment downstairs was perfect also. We all enjoyed the pool and the walk to the beach was only about 2 minutes. 1 minute on a bike. We had a few issues with the air and a TV but they were very quick to resolve them. We would love to stay again. The Brackett Family

Excellent beach vacation

Great experience with Coastal Breeze Vacation Rentals during our stay in Fort Myers Beach. Starting with the staff itself, they were great every time we needed something or had any questions. Their responses were fast and efficient. Moving on to their property “The Fishbowl”, it was a perfect spot. Location is unbeatable just across the street from beautiful and peaceful beach. The property is not lacking any space for big groups, and has everything you Wed to enjoy your beach vacation. Publix is less than 1/2 mile for getting groceries as well.Overall it was awesome. Thank you!

Family Vacation 2025

When we first entered the home, it was very pretty, well furnished, beachy, but it was a lot smaller than the pictures showed. The trash cans were full and the flys were bad but as soon as I spoke to maintenence they dropped off two new, unused trash cans. Be aware that this home in a two unit home with a separate lock box for each unit. The first unit with two bedrooms on the bottom and the second unit has 3 bedrooms on the top. With that being said, when we showed up to check-in the key for the upstairs was not there. The cleaning ladies showed up a half hour after we arrived and they had the key. They were unaware that the home was key was in the

Great space!

The house is very spacious and well set up for a large group. The 2 apartments do not connect on the inside and the upstairs apartment is much larger and was our main eating/ cooking space. We had 2 families sharing the house, and it was nice to have some separation when needed. The pool is relatively small and felt very small with just 5 kids and 3 adults in it! Important to know if traveling with many older kids/ teenagers. The beach was a 2 minute walk across the street- and the house came with 2 wagons, chairs, an umbrella to take to the beach. The kitchen upstairs was well stocked, not so much with the downstairs kitchen. We cooked in several times and had what we needed to do so! Unfortunately the house was not clean enough when we arrived. The managing company was responsive and sent a cleaning crew back out the next day but it was disappointing to arrive and feel like we needed to run the vacuum and mop the floors when we got there. Communication with the managing comapny was decent but a maintenance person showed up unexpected, and the cleaning crew showed up without warning. Small details, but always nice to know when to expect strangers to show up to the house you're staying in! Overall I would stay here again- it was a great week and a very nice house right by the beach!

Family bacation

Our entire group had a great time. The property was perfect for us. A short walk to the ocean and a fantastic heated pool!!The devastation around Fort Myers Beach was heart breaking. Praying for rebuilding and reopening for those impacted.

Family beach vacation

Wonderful Home Away From Home

This house was amazing. It had everything we needed for a week’s stay with our family. House was beautiful, pool was very clean, and just a small walk across the street to the beach! Communication with the rental company was very prompt and friendly. I would 💯 recommend this house to any family.

Great remodel, perfect for a group of two families! Beach is right across the street! Unfortunately, it is located in the middle of the island, therefore traffic was the only issue getting off the bridge! Very responsive and great communication throughout our stay.

Multi family vacation

It was good, I would have preferred that the two units connected inside along with outside. Also the lower level bathtub did not drain very well and we could see hair in the drain causing the clogging. The unit as a whole could use more plastic drink wear for outside use.

Exceeded our expectations

Our multi-generation family stayed for the week and this house has everything you would ever need. The beach is maybe a 3-4 min walk across the street, entering at public access 15. Neighborhood beach goers mainly. The house was laid out nicely w a screened porch out front which was well used. Quiet mornings w coffee and sunset sky’s at night. Linens were plentiful. Washer/dryer upstairs and down, which was super convenient. Kitchens were well stocked. Property provided a beach wagon which we really appreciated since we traveled w 6 grandchildren. The only inconvenient issue is the refrigerator door swings the wrong way in the upstairs kitchen. It made it very challenging to access. I highly recommend this property, we would stay again for sure. The pool was a nice treat and was enjoyed by all as well

Amazing place. We would absolutely stay again!

This place was great. Truly a block from the beach. The beach was not crowded at all so we have plenty of space to spread out. The pool was so nice to have. We rented the whole place which is like 2 seperate apartments. We were able to use all 8-9 beach chairs and both wagons when we went to the beach. Plenty of beach towels too. There is a Publix about a mile away as well as a cvs. There are not restaurants real close that we found. But we had a car to get to the 4-5 miles away to the restaurants. We saw a trolley/bus that we heard you can use to get to the downtown area but we did not look Into it or use it. The kitchen has most everything you will need. Beds were comfortable. I highly recommend the fishbowl.

We were a little worried when we first arrived, as the outside of the property was pretty rough. We were pleasantly surprised once we got inside as the inside of the property was clean and updated.

Family Easter at FMB

Our family of 11 (6 adults & 5 kids) very much enjoyed our time at The Fish Bowl at Fort Meyers Beach mid island. Property wise there were a few things that required attention from the owners when we arrived but every issue was immediately addressed & resolved. Communication is the key!! Location to the beach was just a quick walk (less than 5minutes) so while at the beach if someone needed to go back to the house for something it didn’t take long at all. The kitchen is extremely well stocked with any utensils necessary for preparation meals. And there are 2-7/11 C-stores plus a Publix grocery store just a few minutes away. The heated pool was nice to have at the end of a hot afternoon on the beach! Very quiet neighborhood too! Mid Estero island is perfect for families. We would recommend the Fish Bowl!

Amazing house close to the beach

The fishbowl was an amazing house for our large crew! We had 7 adults and 7 kids total. We rented the entire house, so it was perfect for us! The heated pool was a great added bonus when we were too burnt from the sun and wanted to relax! The beach is literally across the street! You cant get anymore convenient than that, unless you want to pay big bucks! Anytime I needed to ask questions the manager answered immediately! All around perfect getaway/experience for our family! And can the name get any better?!?!

Listing was not accurate

There was a room that was listed as having a queen bed and 2 twin beds in the same bedroom. This was not true. We moved 2 twin mattresses to accommodate the 2 small children we had planned to stay in this room with their parents. Coastal Breeze charged us 125.00 for solving this problem ourselves. Also there were no sheets for one of the pull out sofas. We did not expect to find inaccurate info in a VRBO listing.

Lots of space

The house was clean and well equipped. They have wagons and chairs etc for the beach. Its a short, easy walk to the beach. The house has plenty of room and beds for a big group. My only “negative” was that the pool never gets any sun. Its shaded all day long. Other than that the place is great!

Nice home

We enjoyed the property. Lots of space. It was clean. Beach is a short walk. My only disappointment was that there’s never any sun at the pool. Its basically shaded all day. So, we just spent more time at the beach! Just would’ve used the pool more had there been sun. Just so other potential renters are aware.
