Craigville Area Home with Excellent Outdoor Space

Beautifully renovated 3-bedroom, 2-bath home on a tranquil lot located near all that the Town of Barnstable has to offer! Just a short bike ride to famous Craigsville Beach (1.3 miles) or a quick drive to Main Street Hyannis. This home boasts beautiful outdoor space abutting conservation land—with a stone patio, a grill and comfortable dining area, and a large outdoor fireplace. Perfect for everything from morning coffee to evening smores and stargazing.


The light-filled interior features an updated kitchen with an open dining and living area. Completing the first floor is a den with sofa bed, a full bath, and a W/D. The second floor contains a primary bedroom with Queen bed (and an additional twin-sized mattress in the window bay), a second bedroom with Queen bed, and a third bedroom with 2 twin beds. Also upstairs is a full bath and well-stocked linen closet.

For the beach, the listing includes a beach parking pass (for all beaches in Barnstable), chairs, and towels. Back at the house, there is has an outdoor shower, central A/C and ceiling fans, and 4 smart TVs.

An easy day trip via ferry to the Islands. Or simply enjoy the beach 
 and the house!

Shaelyn was very responsive and helpful from beginning to end. The house was nicely secluded and quiet while also being perfectly located in the neighborhood. The house had plenty of space, a variety of sleeping spaces and was very clean. The outside patio area was great to hang out on. There were a ton of yard games available in the garage already, a new grill with 2 propane tanks ready for us. The trash/recycling was picked up frequently and the master bedroom with the skylight and window bed were a pretty neat touch. The outdoor shower floor is just about at the end of its life and could use a hook inside to keep the door shut, but other than that this rental was a great place to stay.

Great family fun

We had a great family vacation experience at this home. We are a family of 4 with young children (4yrs and 1yrs) plus our pup a lazy english bulldog. The house was immaculately clean upon arrival and was well stocked with all the things a family would need for a vacation rental (kitchen utensils, towels, washer/dryer, board games, tv, etc). The property manager, Shaelyn, was outstanding. She welcomed us upon arrival and made her self available for any questions we had about the property and shared many local recommendations. We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely visit again.

Had a great stay!

We just spent a long weekend at this property and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a home in the Barnstable/Craigville area. It was a quick 5 minute drive to the beach, quick drive to Main Street shops and a grocery store. It was in a very quiet area and we were able to see some wild life right in the back yard which was lovely. (Bunnies, lots of birds, wild turkey with all her babies!). The home was clean and comfortable and even had loads of games and some outdoor activities for the kids. The property manager was attentive and responsive to texts. My only complaint and it is a small one - is that there is not as much seating outside as we had anticipated and the back garden/patio needs a little attention. But it didn’t affect our stay overall and I still recommend this property.
