It was the perfect location and perfect house to stay at for my daughter's graduation from Grand Canyon University! The beds were comfortable the house was adorable and the neighborhood was safe and nice to take walks in. Cute little coffee shop around the corner wewalked to each morning. Highly recommend! The sanctuary was absolutely perfect for our family of 6. We paid extra to heat the pool which is a complete must have with the ladies. The location was perfect close to everything such as shopping zoo stadium. We had a nice stay.

We loved staying at Sarah's sanctuary. My kids and I enjoyed walking around the neighborhood, and spent hours by the lovely little pool. This home is warm and inviting from the moment you step in the door. One of a kind art and eclectic little “beach house” in the middle of the desert. Very well equipped to eat in and near many places to eat out. Great location, lovely neighborhood.

Loved the property, it was in a cute neighborhood with lots of character, loved having a pool.The host really though of everything. Loved the big shower and tilework in bathrooms. We are experienced hosts and do everything we can to create a bespoke experience and provide a true home away from home. That being said, we are always taking in feedback from our guests. We want you to be comfortable during your stay. We live just 4 houses down across the street and can help with anything that comes up during your stay! Spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom home. Family room has a trundle bed to sleep 2 more for a total of 6. Bathrooms are exquisitely designed from the 2018 renovations. New flooring throughout the house. HEATED Pool and accompanying outdoor area is beautiful. Propane grill and fun pergola swing!
