The house had charm, it was decorated nicely, it was clean, comfortable and pretty. The bathroom is a good size and there were plenty of towels.The kitchen had everything we needed and is a decent size. It was nice to have the screened room to sit in while relaxing. Outside had a nice patio area to sit and enjoy the weather and beautiful trees.The location was great, and made it very easy to get to various places. The neighborhood was very pretty and seemed safe. The owners were nice and very helpful when we needed anything. We would definitely recommend this house to others.

We absolutely LOVE this house! It is so sweet and charming! They set it up with everything you’ll need! Everything is super clean and comfortable! I could literally stay here all summer- always feels like home! I feel like the pictures don’t do it justice. We’re a family of 3 and was the perfect size for us but could definitely fit more if need be. It’s also located on my very favorite street. If you’re a walker or runner, this is your place! There are 4 parks less than a mile away that we went to. There’s also a cute bistro and coffee shop walking distance away. We chatted with the owner, Jenni, and she was extremely helpful and responsive! We can’t wait to go back!

Cute little house! It had everything we needed. I really appreciated the communication with the property owner. She was very responsive, kind and thought of the littlest details (outlet covers) to keep our twins safe. Will definitely stay here again when we come back!

A true perfect 10 stay! This property is ideally located 5-10 minutes from anything you’d want to do/see/eat in Dubuque and just a 30 minute or so drive from the Field of Dreams movie site. The host Jenni is super nice and responsive. The house was stocked with everything we needed, and everything was super clean. The neighborhood is beautiful, and you can see people walking, running, and biking almost any time of day. The house is on a busy street but it’s not loud and we had no issues getting out of the driveway. Recommend this place in a heartbeat! We loved our visit and the price is extremely gracious considering all this place has to offer.

Adorable home

This home is clean and well-maintained. It is nicely decorated and very comfortable. Feels like home away from home. It was extremely easy to get a hold of the property manager. It is also in a very cute neighborhood.We would definitely recommend!

Visiting Family

This is an older home which holds much of the charm and quirkiness of the era, but has all the needed updates to be comfortable. It was nice to have toiletries available and the basics for cooking. The neighborhood is incredible and very family friendly. It is a great area for running or just a leisurely stroll. The back yard is huge! We will defintely be back

Perfectly CUTE and homey

We were in Dubuque for a college graduation. This home was darn cute and comfortable
 we were able to have our family visit for a few hours — even got to play bocce ball in the large back yard!Anyhow, I highly recommend the home, the host (always quick with a response to my questions)

Graduation weekend

Home is lovely and has a lot of natural light. In a very nice residential neighborhood near the Dubuque CC and only a minute or two to get into ‘downtown Dubuque or anywhere around town for that matter. Close to the University of Dubuque campus so was perfect location for our niece’s graduation weekend from UD. Hosts are very accommodating and responsive.

Fantastic stay!

We had an amazing stay. Everything needed was provided and the host was very responsive The house was clean, warm and well stocked. Safe area with lot of people walking throughout the day. Very near to major attractions. Natural grocers has everything else required. Black out curtains to the rooms would be a great addition to light sleepers.

Dubuque Dream Home.

What a great place to stay for an extended weekend. The home was perfect for our small group of 3. The location is on a quiet blvd just off US 20, with US 61 close as well. The home was cozy and gave off a friendly vibe, with everything needed for a nice long weekend. The beds were comfy, the bathroom nicely done, and the dining/living areas open and well lit. There's a large open porch and patio in the back, with a grill, complete with chairs and tables. The owners were quick to answer questions and communication was easy. We'll stay here again on our trip down this way...
