Notre unité non fumeur et sans animaux a été rénovée 4/17 et dispose d'une grande chambre avec un lit confortable de taille KING et une télévision par câble à écran plat. Nouveau canapé-lit queen-size avec matelas premium de 6 "et nouvelle bascule confortable installée dans le salon 6/20/17.
Il a une large porte coulissante en verre menant au balcon privé couvert adjacent avec table et chaises donnant sur la piscine extérieure.
La cuisine entièrement équipée comprend de nombreuses nouvelles armoires en hickory naturel, des comptoirs en granit, des dosserets en céramique, une cuisinière électrique à quatre brûleurs avec four, un four grille-pain, un nouveau grand micro-ondes, un nouveau réfrigérateur / congélateur, une cafetière et de nombreux ustensiles de cuisine en acier inoxydable.
Le salon / salle à manger dispose d'un canapé-lit queen-size et d'un fauteuil à bascule confortable pour se détendre et regarder la 2ème télévision par câble à écran plat, a une cheminée du sol au plafond et des bûches électriques qui peuvent être utilisées pour "l'atmosphère" et / ou le chauffage.
Oak Square possède une piscine extérieure et une grande piscine intérieure chauffée.
Les piscines couvertes sont ouvertes toute l'année.
Il y a deux ascenseurs bien situés et un parking couvert pour les véhicules personnels, ainsi qu'un parking pavé supplémentaire pour les bateaux ou les remorques.

L'emplacement du centre-ville vous place au milieu de nombreux magasins, d'excellents restaurants, d'une large promenade pavée à côté de la magnifique rivière du centre-ville, à distance de marche de l'aquarium de Gatlinburg, de Ripley's Believe It or Not et de nombreux sentiers de la forêt nationale. Si vous n'avez pas envie de marcher, le populaire Gatlinburg Trolley s'arrête sur River Road près de notre entrée et vous emmènera dans d'innombrables endroits à Gatlinburg ou à Pigeon Forge.

Beautiful little condo designed like a cabin inside! Our family of four had a great stay! The sofa pulls out into a couch to accommodate children. Perfect location for walking to all downtown Gatlinburg shops and eateries. We will definitely stay here again!

I would rent this condo again! It was great. The location is very convenient. You can easily park at the condo and walk to the main downtown area. I did it several times. The bed was comfortable, the condo was clean. I loved that there were two internal locks on the door that were not tied to the code (a chain and a deadbolt). Sam was super helpful and available, and the check out instructions were minimal (throw away trash and put sheets and towels in the shower). We used the wifi and it was good. Excellent find--great value for the rate. Highly recommend!
