This studio offers and comfortable queen bed with bamboo pillows, soft sheets and plush towels. It contains a kitchenette, full studio bathroom, a patio with a bistro table and BBQ by request. This unit shares a neighboring wall with the next unit, please be sensitive to noise after 9 pm-8 am. We have wonderful views of the Napa and Capay Valley mountain ranges. We’re surrounded by almond tree orchards and have a secluded backyard where stargazing is a must. We’re 30 minutes from Cache Creek Casino. 10-15 minutes from UC Davis, 15-20 minutes to SMF and 25-30 minutes to Downtown Sacramento. 30 minutes to local Napa County wineries, and Lake Berryessa. 2 hours to Tahoe, 1.5 hours to SFO and 6 hours to Oregon. We’re conveniently located between interstate 5 the 113 and the 505 freeway.

I absolutely love this studio! It is clean and everything is high quantity. I also really like the location, its close to town yet far enough out for peace and quite. This is my second stay there and will definitely be back.

I was here to move my sister to Woodland to be by her daughter. It was a busy quick trip, now i have comfortable place to go while visiting her! I also see that I can other family members at this beautiful farm! Thank you for the amazing comfortable bedand veiw!!

Quiet rural setting

This unit is a little tight but had great natural light and access to fresh air. Less than $10 Uber into town and great restaurants. Host Jamie was the best and helped a lot with my date screw up. Pool access would be fabulous in warmer weather.

Cramped quarters. No room to manuever especially in the bathroom. We stayed here for 4 days after my husband's surgery. m This was not a wise decision. Not suitable for seniors, small children, or families as cannot accomodate more than one person. Great place to spend the night as the bed is very comfy, but do not plan on fixing meals. Interestingly the kitchen is stocked with a place setting for 4 people-- fragile dishes on flimsy shelves not anchored down. The host requires insurance before accepting your booking. The dish rack fell into the sink and cracked a small plate. The insurance company was billed $89.00. Quite the added bonus.

Cheri, You stayed 3 nites, left all the dishes broken and didn’t tell me. I had new guests coming and had to run to buy replacements prior to their arrival. I spent 6 hours cleaning your unit. It was beyond dirty. After getting ahold of you, you blamed me for having dishes, that they were heavy and you blamed dish rack and the shelving for them breaking. I provide a cabinet stocked with paper plates, plastic and paper coffee cups if you needed. The kitchen cabinets were professionally installed by a licensed contractor and the shelving is extremely sturdy. The listing is 100 % accurate on what the unit is. Out of 200 guests you’re the only one to complain about these things. I take any advice seriously and will respond immediately to resolve it. You never reached out about any concerns upon arrival. I could have found you a different listing that would have accommodated all of your needs if I would have known.

Fabulous Place to Stay

Everything was smooth from the booking to check out and everything in-between. The small apartment had everything I needed, was very clean, and the property including pool and fire pit area was spotless. Close to lots of good restaurants, shopping, and bars in Woodland too.

This was the perfect place to spend a night after being on the road for 8 hours. It is a beautiful location in the middle of farmland, but a quick drive to Woodland. The host provided a guide and we found a great place for dinner and walked around downtown Woodland-which is adorable. She had everything you would need including fresh eggs from her chickens! We will be back to enjoy the pool in warmer weather.

Adorable property

Very cute and cozy rental. All the space was utilized in clever ways to make our stay convenient and comfortable. Set in a beautiful and quiet farm land which lent itself to some excellent star gazing at night. :)

We live in a beautiful part of the country. Surrounded by almond and walnut trees, beautiful farmland. We have amazing sunrises and even better sunsets. We love supporting our local wineries and farm to table restaurants. Agriculture is part of our everyday life and we love it. Far enough from town but close enough to be convienent. The summer sun here is perfect for relaxing by the pool. We've built a mini oasis where I vacation 365. Come join us!
