Spacious home with plenty of beds. Super clean. Had all the amenities we could ask for. The host was very prompt, helpful and respectful. He even found an item we had left, and mailed it to us at his expense. Easy check in and check out. We recommend highly!

This house accommodated our entire family for our son’s wedding. The living room and kitchen areas are larger than we expected from the pictures, which was great. The only problem was that the dishwasher was out of commission our entire week, but we made the best by purchasing paper products.

We stayed here with ten family members for my son’s wedding weekend, and it couldn’t have been better. The house was spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out, but also great spaces for gathering as a family. The location was convenient for all the wedding events, and the setting made it easy to relax in between. It truly felt like a home away from home. Highly recommend!

Eric was an excellent host-responsive to any needs or questions. the spacious and clean property was ideal for our family pre wedding gathering. Ample space for 8 adults and three toddlers . Well stocked kitchen utensils eased any meal preparations. A terrific property and host enjoyed by all.

Perfect house for our stay! Needed a large house for UC Davis Graduation and this place was perfect. Communication with the owner was quick and very nice. 5 full bedrooms, well appointed kitchen, lovely backyard space to congregate, we were extremely pleased with the property.

Great location

Plenty of room for a good-sized family. Nice neighborhood. Location near two highways that lead to many local things was a huge plus, we zipped around the Davis/Woodland/Sacto area easily and quickly. Not luxury, but a nice, pleasant place to stay. Kitchen was well stocked and we shared several meals together. Host was excellent at answering any questions. Fully recommended!

Work team's stay

Our team's experience with the home was positive -- the home was clean and aligned with the VRBO description. The neighborhood was quiet for walking and running, and we enjoyed having the electric fireplace in the kitchen and using the patio to work on our laptops in the evenings.

Graduation Weekend

Great place for our entire family to stay while enjoying our son’s graduation from UC Davis. Great location to markets, stores and both Sacramento and Davis.

Trust the reviews, this is a TEN!!

We were here for a quick one night stay en route from SoCal to Washington and we wish we could've stayed longer, the house was absolutely amazing - it's like new, well-maintained, clean, convenient to groceries/restaurants/freeway, safe and everything a traveler could want for a short-term (or even long-term) stay. The a/c worked extremely well (not always a given for short-term rentals), the full 2-car garage was available for use (also a rarity, homes with them often don't allow guests to use them because they're used as storage units), the beds were comfortable and there were even some breakfast foods in the pantry. Eric was easy to reach and super communicative and I honestly can't give him and his wonderful house enough accolades, I can't imagine anyone not being happy with a stay here. It's such a pleasure to be pleasantly surprised with a rental home and it's without doubt the definition of a "10"!

While in the area for our daughter’s wedding, we stayed at this lovely property with extended family. The home is definitely spacious with plenty of room for us to spend time together. The well-equipped kitchen allowed us to enjoy several meals together in between planned activities. The location was convenient for groceries and other shopping, and the neighborhood was nice for evening walks. We appreciated Eric’s communication and responsiveness and would highly recommend this property!
