Country Getaway Full Kitchen Near SMF and UC Davis Campus

Our studio is located in the country and surrounded by agriculture. You will have designated parking for 2 cars, self check in by keypad, a private entrance to your studio as well as access to the pool and a laundry room by appointment.

Our studio has a comfortable queen size bed with bamboo pillows, soft sheets and duvet. A portable crib with bedding for infants. A full kitchen, refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker with complimentary coffee and seasonal farm fresh eggs from my coup. You also have a private patio and sitting area to enjoy your morning coffee or just relax under the stars.

We have great views of the Napa mountain ranges and Capay Valley. We’re 30 minutes from Cache Creek Casino. 10-15 minutes from UC Davis, 15-20 minutes to SMF and 25-30 minutes to downtown Sacramento. 2 hours to Tahoe, 1.5 hours to SFO and 6 hours to Oregon. We’re conveniently located between interstate 5 the 113 and the 505 freeway.

The open air and beautiful sunsets are some of our guests favorite highlights.

We have 2 another VRBO’S on our little property. One is located in the backyard, It’s listed as “County Poolhouse Retreat ” it’s a private 1 room self check in and sleeps 2. Then, Immediately next door to your Sudio is a “County Studio Unit A” also self check in that sleeps 2.

Other things to note:

This Studio shares a wall with the neighboring unit. Please be
sensitive to quiet hours of 9:00pm-9:00am and be courteous of loud music etc.

We had an excellent stay at this property. Very tastefully designed and it had everything my wife and I could possibly imagine to make our stay a great one! The location couldn’t have been better for our Thanksgiving gathering with family in Woodland, a few miles away. Thank you Jaime for having such a beautiful property.

Our rental had well thought out accommodations and was very well equipped. We had a great comfortable bed with air conditioning and an air purification system. It was a very quiet environment with beautiful orchards surrounding us. We were about 25 min from Davis.

Work Trip

Had a good stay at this property. Was taking a class for work and overall had good communication. It can be difficult to see on the back farm roads at night but that was also some of a lure of the property.

Great location, if you like peace n quiet and country life! Fantastic room and the pool and everything else was very cool! Wish I had more time to enjoy the pool but was at an event for most of my stay! Definitely coming back!

Countryside Gem

About 15 minute drive from Davis on paved country roads, peaceful and quiet getaway. Comfy soft bed, every creature comfort provided including cotton robes, fluffy towels, cooking kitchen (no dishwasher) . Only full hot water sink is in the kitchen area, with bathroom having an over-the-tank reservoir sink. A/C works well, wall mounted TV. We enjoyed quiet reads poolside which has wet bar. Prompt and kind communications with landlord, Jamie. Prefer this site to previous hotel stays in a Davis and would stay again!

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt auf dem Land

Check-In und Check-Out waren sehr unkompliziert, die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern hat sehr gut funktioniert. Das Studio ist liebevoll, mit Bedacht und modern eingerichtet. Alles war sehr sauber. Kaffee/Tee und frische Eier von den HĂŒhnern wurden gestellt und eine kleine Auswahl ein Snacks und GetrĂ€nken konnte man optional erwerben. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefĂŒhlt und wĂ€ren gerne lĂ€nger geblieben.

A wonderful respite

I had an unfortunate health crisis the day that I was supposed to check-in so many of the plans I had were rescheduled. However, this became the most lovely place to recover and rest!! The quiet is so healing after being surrounded by the city noise and I loved being able to sit on the porch and watch the nature outside. I was super bummed when it was time to check-out because the bed was so comfortable. I had an amazing time and I hope to be able to escape here again soon! Jaime is a stellar host and made the whole experience super smooth. I really enjoyed my stay, thanks again!!
