Beautiful 19th century home located in Downtown Ann Arbor blocks from the U of M. Hospitals and Campuses. This rrenovated home has been split into two totally separate units one upper and one lower. This upper unit features four bedrooms with exposed brick, reclaimed wood, and each one with its own television for those lazy mornings! You will wake up refreshed and rejuvenated after a peaceful night's sleep in our luxurious queen-sized beds. The fabulous kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need! It has granite counter tops, garbage disposal, dishwasher and all stainless steel appliances. There is a large living room area where you may lounge on the super comfortable leather couches and snuggle by the cozy electric fireplace while watching a movie on the 65' flat screen TV. The separate dining room has an oak dining room table with chairs. If you need to do laundry there is a sweet little laundry room. This home is set apart, not only by its attention to detail, but its proximity to Downtown Ann Arbor and all of its shopping and famous restaurants! For all of you active people -just around the corner is Argo park which offers a walking/biking trail around the Huron River . The park has a fabulous canoe livery and grilling!

We arrived for a concert weekend at the big house and this home was exactly what we needed. Everything that you souls possibly need and the location was just outside of downtown Ann Arbor which we could walk to. So happy with our stay and the owner was super communicative.

Fantastic location and a nice amount of room! The property was impeccably clean and though we didn’t really cook in the kitchen it seemed like it had everything we might have needed. It was our best Ann Arbor stay in a while!

Great place to stay

This was a great location- easy walk to UM campus. Rooms were clean and fully stocked with the short-term renter in mind. Host was very responsive and reached out to see that all was OK. I would stay here again!

Excellent location comfortable, beautiful home

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Short walk to Kerrytown which has a lot of restaurants and bars. We cooked a few meals in the well equipped kitchen.

I really want to give this place a five star review, but every time anyone came up the stairs, it made so much noise that it literally wakes everyone up at night. Obviously the house is old, which is the reason for the heavy creaking, but maintained well, despite the upstairs bathroom and multiple bedroom doors not being able to close all the way. The host is very nice, but she doesn’t return text messages, which, given the fact that we are in 2026, I think is absolutely necessary. Nevertheless, the location is pretty solid, only a short walk to Kerrytown, and two parks nearby, which was great, since we came with our kids.

Everyday we went for walks. It was easy to get to the Ann Arbor street fair, Kerrytown and The Big House. Great location with old time charm. Loved all the brick work in the house.

Great Ann Arbor Location

Everything about our stay was great. The accommodations were comfortable and anticipated what any traveler would want. The location is the biggest plus! It’s a short walk to downtown to restaurants and the campus. We’d definitely stay here on a future trip to Ann Arbor!

Great stay!

Loved this property! The owners made it very welcoming! It is an older home (guessing early 1900’s and is very cozy! Plenty of rooms and comfortable beds! I would book the house again!

Our family came here to check out the town of Ann Arbor. This rental property was perfect to check out the area. It had everything we needed. Kathy was wonderful to work with and we would love to come back sometime.
