The Desert Paradise House is located in the center of Bermuda Dunes, minutes away from popular locations like the Indian Wells Tennis Gardens, Coachella Fest grounds, and the Palm Springs Tramway. It is also close to important places like grocery stores, gas stations, banks and the I-10 freeway.

This naturally-lit and spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom property features highly upgraded furniture and decor throughout.

The large pool and spa are sure wonderful to admire the Southern California sunshine and to indulge in the many comforts of the Desert Lifestyle. . (Heated Pool & Spa with extra charge).
To cover gas costs, spa heating is available year-round at a daily rate of $50. Pool heating is available from September-May at a daily rate of $90.


The maximum number of guests allowed is 6, and 2 extra guests (8 total) for an extra fee of $50/guest. Please ensure you book the correct number of people to receive the correct charge. Infants/toddlers from birth-2 years of age are not counted as a guest.

Inquire with the host if you have any questions. For liability reasons, we do not allow anyone to make a reservation for another person/group. The person making the reservation must be present during check-in and the entirety of the stay.

ACCESSS:
We will provide an access code before your arrival along with home instructions for accessing the property. Speed internet WiFi and BBQ, are some provided amenities.

PARKING:
There is space for 2 cars in the driveway. If you have more than 2 cars, street parking is also allowed. Garage not available for guests.

Guests can contact the host via the VRBO messaging platform or phone call for any questions or help with any issues during their stay.

To cover gas costs, spa heating is available year-round at a daily rate of $50. Pool heating is available from September-May at a daily rate of $80.


LATE DEPARTURE WITHOUT APPROVAL: If you have not vacated the premises by 10:00 am without prior approval for a later check-out time, you will be charged $50 for every extra hour you are still on property. I am usually fine with late check-outs, but guests MUST leave at the time they are given to have time to prepare for the next guests.

Beautiful and comfortable, clean home. We really enjoyed our stay. Spacious place. Read the fine print because if you want to use the spa it is 50 per day. I miss read it as a flat rate of 50 extra. Other than that issue, our stay was wonderful and would book again!

Family gathering 2025

Celebrating 29yrs of sibling get together. This was big enough. The pool was enjoyable. The was not air hockey like we saw in the picture but we brought our own games. Communication with the owners was great. We had a garbage disposal issue. We couldn’t figure out the ice maker and likely it doesn’t work but the neighbors were kind enough to share a bowl full. All in all it was a delightful stay.

Great place for a girl’s golf getaway!

Really enjoyed our stay here. Very clean and well stocked. Manager was very responsive. We had an issue with the cable which he tried to fix for us but it required the cable company coming out the next day. Our only complaint was not being able to use the hot tub at no charge like we were originally told when we booked. Not a big deal just would have liked them to honor what we were told.All in all a very nice house and great stay!

Very comfortable

Thank you, we were very comfortable. It is in a nice neighborhood and it also ended up being 5 doors up from my nephew's home. Did not know that till we got there. Very clean.

Great location!

We enjoyed our Christmas stay in Bermuda Dunes!The house is in a safe neighbourhood, close to amenities and the highway. We liked the well stocked kitchen. Everything was as described and Ally was responsive to my questions (even on Christmas day!).

Ironman Oasis

This was the perfect location for our Ironman weekend. It is conveniently located to everything. Ally was a wonderful host. Very responsive and accommodating. The home was very spacious. Perfect for the two bikes that we had with us. The kitchen was extremely well stocked and the treats were a bonus! It was also nice having the hot tub for a nice soak in the evenings.

Nice house

The house was nice- convenient to most everything. The kitchen is well equipped. We were a little disappointed that it would cost an extra $120 to have the pool heated for one day. They charge for the day prior since it takes a day to heat up. It was mentioned in the listing that there would be a pool heating fee but we were disappointed that there would be an extra day charge. The backyard is nice and private. The fire pit and spa are lovely.

A slice of heaven

We were a family travelling with my self, husband two young adult children and our 12 year old. A comfy bed for everyone, well stocked with everything, lots in proximity for stores if you have a car. House we clean, well equipped, AC worked well (was 110-113c when we were there), pool was perfect. We enjoyed the space to spread out. We will return for sure. Appreciated the early check in, and late check out due to not being booked. Thanks for hosting!

Beautiful & Clean

Very nice property. Loved the vibe of the house and how open and clean the floor plan and furniture were. I was allowed to check in a little early and due to the air conditioning going out for a full day and a repairman not being able to come out until Monday, I was offered late check out at 2pm. Responsive host. Fully stocked house including shampoo, blow dryer and many other amenities many other rentals don't have. Great place!

Amazing

This house is exactly how it is listed! Super nice and clean and the hosts are very responsive! I was here with my new husband and friends for Coachella. Ally was very flexible with us. We loved our time here and will hope to be back in the future.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

We love the quietness and beauty of Bermuda Dunes City; for this reason, we looked for the opportunity to buy a house in this beautiful city as our second home where we can relax from the daily busy days. Our home style has been tastefully modernized while still retaining the charm of its era. The living room has a 75" smart TV, and a Hockey Table, and opens to a fully equipped kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. There are three bedrooms and two full bathrooms in the house. The master bedroom has a 50” smart TV, a walk in closet and a regular closet. It also has a king bed, shower and a soaking tub. The patio doors lead straight to the pool/jacuzzi. And the other bathroom has a shower and a soaking tub both have great water pressure.
