Perfect Couples Retreat

Perfect getaway couples retreat on the lake.
Come enjoy this newly renovated 1/1 condo, located right on the main channel of Lake Hamilton. You will be just minutes away from beautiful downtown Hot Springs, all the local eats, shopping and Oaklawn Racing & Gaming! Quiet gated community with covered parking. This condo is nicely decorated and has everything you should need for an enjoyable lake vacation experience.

The space
Located just on the outside of town, yet close to all the local amenities. It has a master suite with king bed, flat screen tv and private master bath. In the living/dining area you will find a fireplace, large flat screen tv with cable and free wi-fi, to make you feel right at home. There is a small balcony with partial lake view. Hot Springs has many great restaurants but should you decide to eat in, the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for that special dinner. Enjoy grilling out on the patio area by the beautiful swimming pool or take in a game of tennis.

ABSOLUTELY NO PARTYING! Maximum occupancy is 2. Must be 25 or older to rent & show proof of age! This is a NON-SMOKING facility. We also have a 2-bedroom condo available to rent, in the same complex, if you need more space.

Really enjoyed our stay. The condo was very clean and comfortable. This was the first time I used Vrbo so I didn’t know what to expect. Will definitely use it again and would not hesitate to book this condo again!

I was very pleased with my stay there. Check in was very simple & easy to follow. Very clean & cozy spot. Only complaint I have is the WiFi has poor connection which affects the tv shows from showing at all. But other than that everything was GREAT.

Beautiful and Clean

We arrived very late on our stay. We walked in and literally felt like we were at home. Very clean, smelled so wonderful, and decorated so beautifully. We will definitely use this for our future stays. It has covered parking that is a few steps from the door. Immaculate building. We can’t even say how wonderful it is. You have to try it for yourselves!!

Great stay!

Excellent communication from the host! The condo is exactly as described. The pool was relaxing and it was nice that the facility had things to do like tennis courts, basketball goal, pool table, smokers/grills, etc. Also, the covered parking was a plus! The bathroom had great water pressure and the water was hot! The bed was comfortable although a bit nosey getting in and out of bed or when repositioning. The area was quiet and secluded but close to town! Would definitely recommend!

Property is old and not very well maintained. Condo was nicely decorated. Took some time for owner to respond to message concerning internet connection. It was some better, but was u able to use phone if trying to watch tv. We were inside most of afternoons because of weather and most of time had no internet at all. No tv snd not able to use phones. At one point we realized our door to condo wasn’t even locking. After calling owner personally this was taken care of.

Great Stay

My husband and I stayed for our 13th Wedding Anniversary weekend. The room was beautiful and very comfy. The area was nice and gated, which is a huge plus! We were also close to a boat launch and swimming area for easy access to put in our boat. Debbie was a great host and we look forward to staying here again!

Renting this property was easy. The condo was beautifully decorated. ‘Lake view’ was a stretch
meaning you had to physically stretch your body over the patio railing to see it. The bed could use a new mattress. There was mold on the bathroom ceiling. The entire building smelled so strongly of Plug-Ins (which I am allergic to) it made me physically ill. We booked 3 nights and finally went to a hotel after the second night. The pool looked like a nice one, but we did not swim. The outside grilling area really needs some work as it looks very run down. The grounds at the entrance were lovely. It is a ‘gated’ property, however the gate was only closed once during our two day stay.
