Enjoy a direct ocean view from your furnished balcony—the perfect vantage point to watch occasional fireworks and air shows. Inside, prepare breakfasts, quick beach snacks, or full-course dinners in the well-equipped, full kitchen, and then dine together at the table for six. Put on some music while you relax on the sofa and glance out at the water, or settle in to watch a movie or favorite show on the cable-equipped, flatscreen TV. Guests can also head down to the beach, or stay on-site and swim in the shared, outdoor pool.

A variety of restaurants (including the Original Greene Turtle), shopping centers, and a Food Lion supermarket, are within walking distance in case you're craving some local cuisine or need to stock up on essentials. This property is on the bus route, so leave the car at home and hop aboard for easy travel to all your favorite Ocean City destinations. The famous Ocean City Boardwalk begins on 27th Street and runs three miles along the Atlantic Coast offering fun and food for everyone! And for visiting thrill-seekers, head over to any of the many watersports rental services and rent a jet ski or kayak for an exciting day on the water.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
