As soon as you step foot inside, you will be drawn to the enclosed balcony with plush furnishings where you can easily post up and watch the sunrise with a warm cup of coffee. Though this is a one-bedroom condo, the open layout will allow everyone to spread out, and the bunk enclave will allow the kiddos to sleep soundly. The family room features a large sectional sofa, a modern lounge chair, and a TV to watch favorite shows on. When everyone builds up an appetite, the full kitchen has updated cabinetry, stylish wood-paneled ceilings, exposed shelving, and all of the utensils needed to create tasty meals each day. Not to mention, the shared pool and beach access will allow everyone to get their fill of fun in the sun!

Quiet days spent building sandcastles on the beach will be easy to come by with the sand mere steps away, yet venturing out to explore the city can also be a blast. The Coastal Highway is a block away where you will find a wide variety of local restaurants, surf shops, grocery stores, and more. If you are looking to have a bit of fun that all ages can enjoy, Jolly Roger Amusement Park is three miles south. Plus, the Ocean City Boardwalk is a perfect place to grab a bit of seafood and check out the hustle and bustle of Ocean City.

THINGS TO KNOW
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
