Rez de chaussée condo au bord, Dock pour attacher votre bateau pour la journée, à moins de 300 verges à l'accès du Golfe. Fisherman paradis! Poisson hors de votre propre quai.

Condo a bel intérieur, spacieux placard / de stockage, fabuleuse cuisine entièrement équipée, avec tous les nouveaux appareils en acier inoxydable. Buanderie séparée avec laveuse et sécheuse. Lit king size dans la chambre principale. Conçu sur mesure de taille de reine Murphy lit dans la deuxième chambre. La propriété est sur la zone de conservation avec beaucoup de points de vue de la faune, privé et très calme. Suivant à la piscine chauffée et centre de loisirs avec une salle d'exercice.

Juste quelques minutes de la plage Sunset et Howard Park, à 5 minutes de célèbres pour Tarpon Springs docks éponge. 40 minutes de l'aéroport international de Tampa, à 90 minutes de Orlando, à 45 minutes de Bush Gardens, et à seulement 20 minutes des belles plages de Clearwater. Excellent Location!

We stayed two months and enjoyed the quiet, the beautiful swimming pool, exercise room and views of the nature preserve. Terrific local restaurants and attractions. Highly recommend.

Great Location!

Clean, ground level condo in a quiet area. Peaceful setting with a screened lanai that looks onto a canal. Grounds are very well manicured with a centrally located heated pool, clubhouse, and grills. Unit has everything you need plus extras like beach towels and chairs. Comfortable bedroom with ensuite and walk-in closet. Full size washer and dryer. A short drive to parks, shopping, dining, and area attractions.

Location, Location, Location

We had a great time golfing, biking, hitting the beach as well as the sponge docks. Everything was within minutes of our unit. The enclosed patio provided us with a peaceful area to view wildlife. A egret great paused for several minutes right outside our patio looking in at us. Very cool!

Awsome property

The condo was everything described in the VRBO overview and more. Excellent furnishings and well supplied with what is needed for a comfortable stay. Great location near recreation, restaurants and sight-seeing.

Great Condo!

We were very happy with the condo and the community. Comfy furnishings and abundant towels, etc. The pool is only steps away, and it was maintained at temperatures 82-85 the entire two months we were there. There is also a fitness room and library available for use. The cookware is the highest quality I have ever found in an airbnb or timeshare, so if you like to cook your own meals, this is the place! Tarpon Springs is a wonderful town. We are walkers, and we found many beautiful places to walk. The walk to Sunset Beach and back is about 3 miles. We hope to return.

Great place to stay

We stayed at this condo for over a month. It was great! Very comfortable and the whole complex is set up very well. We biked to Fred Howard Park almost everyday. The pool which was heated, is very nice, and we met some wonderful people there. I definitely would recommend this place.

Wonderful Tarpon Springs location. Quiet and beautifully landscaped. Full sized kitchen and laundry. Huge master bed. All the amenities! This place is a bargain.

Nice vacation rental

Description pretty accurate. Very nice condo, close to several very nice parks. Lots of nice resturants. Condo was clean and photo's were accurate. The owner was very nice and helpfull. I would recomend this condo to anyone over 55.

THE BEST VACATION WE HAD IN A WHILE!!!!! LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!!!!!!!

We have been travelling to Florida for several years. Tarpon Springs is one of our favourite places to stay. This condo is everything that was advertised. The grounds were manicured weekly, the pool area was immaculate not to mention the beautifully decorated condo itself. It was very clean and had everything you need. There are so many fantastic establishments to eat many with a Greek theme to them. One local restaurant called "Nick's Pizza" is famous for their Spinach Pizza and the Greek salads are mouth watering too!!! Excellent fishing right off the dock, relaxing bike riding on the nearby Pinellas Trail as well as to Howard Park & Sunset Park. Did we mention that there is also a golf course five minutes away? The people are very friendly and always happy to give you some directions or answer any questions you may have. We enjoyed our stay so much that we have already booked for next year. If you like sunshine, walking, fishing, golfing, biking and eating out this location will suit you to a T. This was the BEST vacation we have had in a while, thank you for sharing your piece of paradise with us.

Fun in Tarpon Springs!

Our stay at this location was truly enjoyable from the first day we arrived until the day we left! It was as advertised and much more! The condo was clean, comfortable, and well stocked and the owner was very helpful in answering questions and helping to make our stay a memorable experience. The community was friendly and we enjoyed being able to go out walking in the neighborhood or just relaxing at the pool at the condo. If you want to go to the beaches, Sunset, Howard, and Honeymoon Island are near by and were clean, well maintained and beautiful. We went there quite often. Everything you may possibly need is within close driving distance and there are many good restaurants in the area especially for Greek food! Just ask the neighbors for suggestions on your favorite cuisine! We enjoyed driving around the area, visiting the antique stores and the Sponge Docks and were able to find a citrus grove where we could purchase fresh picked fruit! The parks around the area are numerous and each one has something different to offer! You can hike, cycle, picnic, fish, kayak and swim in the Gulf at some, and nature watch. Wall Springs Park is nearby and has beautiful views over the water and Brooker Creek Preserve has guided nature hikes on Saturdays. The area has allot to offer that will suit many different interests whether it is art, culture, shopping, nature or just relaxing! We will definitely go back again!

wish i was there!

i visit this property last december with my girlfriends. the condo was charming, the area was adorable. lots of antique shops and restaurants. best greek food ever!! the beaches were beautiful, one was about 5 minutes away, and the other was about 7 minutes away! perfect set up for anyone who likes the beach. the weather was a little chilly,but there was more than enough to keep us entertained. -we even caught a show in tampa. it's only about a half hour drive- i hope to book again in the near future. the people at the complex were extremely welcoming, and had wonderful tips on area dining and shopping and events. and the owner was very accomodating.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

We decided to buy this property in Tarpon Springs because it had everything we were looking for. the unit is bright and airy and clean. the complex is small and communtiy based. the clubhouse is large and clean and well used. the people were so nice from the moment we met them. It's got gulf access by boat, literally minutes away. My husband can fish right out our back door in the canal, where red fish and trout are abundant. it's located adjacent to a nature preserve, which gives us privacy and lush green tropical foliage. Every morning we have coffee on the lanai with our friend "charlie" the crane who comes to visit. quiet and tranquil setting. it's also located minutes from 2 major beaches.( you could ride your bike)
and a few minutes by car to Honeymoon Island State Park and Caledesi Island, named one of the most beautiful beaches in the US. ( they are located int he next town over)
The Pinellas trail runs straight through if you are into hiking and biking. There are numerous restaurants(great greek food) and the sponge docks are a fun place to visit for my afternoon espresso.a very small town feel in a beautiful of antique shops, little stores and restaurants. for more of a party atmosphere, clearwater is located about 15 minutes away. beach bars, party music on the beach, ect.
for more sophisticated tastes, tampa is about a 30 minute ride, where you can find world class restaurants, theater, museums, the aquarium, ect.
