You can make your own breakfast and go along with your day. Our Seagrape Villa #3 is within walking distance to the beach, numerous restaurants , gift shops, ice cream shops etc...
The property is located in the heart of a unique hidden gem called 'Lauderdale by the Sea".retreat. We did our best to create a truly Floridian space to share with our guests for a quick refreshing getaway or longer stay where you would feel home away from home Near the beautiful Beach but still feel cozy and comfortable.

This is a very nice unit located just a few minutes walk from the beach. Also walking distance to many good restaurants and bars. The unit includes everything you need for the beach: towels, chairs, umbrellas, etc. I would book it again.

Beautiful condo at Lauderdale by the Sea

We had a wonderful time staying in Eddie and Liana's condo!! The location is perfect with a short walk to the town, restaurants and the beach! This condo has everything that you would need and was very clean and comfortable. It also has all your needs for the beach, which includes beach chairs, umbrella and a wagon to take everything. We had a great time and totally enjoyed our stay. Eddie and Liana are such wonderful and kind hosts who happened to be there during the week we stayed. They made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. We are looking forward to booking for next year!! Thank you to Eddie and Liana!!

Nice place and nice location

Enjoyed our stay. Eddie is very responsive and communicates well. He does his best to make your stay go well. The bathroom is a touch small and could use a bit of an update, but definitely sufficient. Just as a heads up, the pool area is shaded quite a bit, which was good for us, but maybe not others. I would recommend this location.

Our Bungalow Home In The Sun

We have stayed at a number of vacation locations in our lifetime. But the Seagape Villa Bella is one of those locations that we will never forget! From the time we step through the door it felt like home. Everything you may have wanted was at your fingertips Nothing forgotten! The quality of the finishes were impeccable ! The location was center to town but away from its noise. One add for older visitors might be hand rails in the shower. Well done my friends 
 we will definitely will return!

The best hidden gem

Best location. Walking distance to restaurants, bars and shops. Super close ocean access. Property managers quick responses and hospitality was awesome. Pictures are 100% accurate. So cute. Beach chairs and umbrella provided â˜ș we will definitely book again.

This property was so amazing. My boyfriend and I had the best time. Beautiful, clean, pool, and walking distance to lots of restaurants and the beach. I hope we can stay there again next year!

Wonderful Stay

Beautiful, clean, and well stocked apartment. Everything you need for a great beach vacation. The pool was sparkling clean and warm. We especially liked the outdoor areas. Very private property a short 5 minute walk to beach, shops, and restaurants. The property manager Patty is very nice. Cannot say enough about Eddie. Very responsive and kind. Already made plans to return next year.

Perfect getaway!

My husband and I came to the area for a quick two night trip and wished we could have stayed longer! The property was clean and beautiful. Close to everything including the beach. We hopefully will get a chance to come back for a longer trip!

Great Location

Unit is as nice as the pictures show and the location would be hard to beat. Easy walk to all the fun restaurants and bars. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Perfect spot for 2

The property is beautiful and looks as pictured. Great location and perfect for my husband and I to stay in for the weekend. While we were out one night in Fort Lauderdale, I had the unfortunate experience of my phone being stolen, which had the smart app on it to get in and out of the property, and Eddie was very responsive and helpful. Great host and beautiful property!

Great Property

We enjoyed our stay. Biggest pros of the property: 1. location 2. great pool area 3. nicely decorated and landscaped 4. Property Manager, Patty was so kind and around often. The only con was that we were able to hear the upstairs "neighbors" through the ceiling at night, which made it difficult to sleep. We didn't hear the first neighbors at all, but when they left, we could clearly hear the others (voices and banging). Property was superb in other respects. I would recommend.

Great vacation

Place was perfect. Pool is shaded, and very refreshing during the day. Manager Patti was awesome. Saw her everyday, always availeable if needed. About 5 minute walk to beach. Close to many good restaurants. We will definently stay there again.

Nice spot, as advertised

Had a nice stay at the property. Having the beach chairs, umbrella, small cooler and beach wagon was a plus. Only suggestion would be to add a blanket or two to living area.

Cute and convenient

This apartment is super cute and convenient to restaurants and beach. Quiet neighborhood with lots of security cameras and courtyard entrance. The pool is shared- but we had it all to our selves. Make sure you tell the owner if you plan to use the pull-out couch so bedding is a provided upon your arrival.

Beautiful Property in Great Location

This property is cleaner than the pictures. The new owners are very involved and improving several things around the property. The bed is very comfortable, the kitchen is very clean and offers any type of item you may need to make a meal at the house. The grill is pretty new and the unit has beach chairs and umbrella. You will be very happy if you pick this property!

Amazing!

Such a great location and super cute apartment. The home owners were great and flexible in our checkout process as we misunderstood the check out time. The shared pool is a decent size and the shared courtyard is adorable and cute. Perfect for breakfast in the sun. The pool was a little chilly because the sun doesn’t hit it, but when it gets hotter there I’m sure it’ll warm up a bit. Definitely refreshing to jump in and out while sun bathing. I’d suggest bringing some extra towels as there is not a replacement through the stay - at least not for us. Overall well over our expectation and we plan on a future visit with more friends/family!
