ATTENTION!

Building construction will be in progress from August 1st.

Please confirm your dates to see if the Balcony will be able for you to Use, as ill need to confirm with the Building if they are working on those days.

There will be construction crews working on the building Monday-Friday from 8:00AM-5:00PM.

Depending on your dates I'll be able to let you know if it will be an inconvenience to you.

We understand the inconvenience this may cause, and have decided to offer our penthouse at an extremely discounted rate.

Pure awesomeness!

So we got way behind on time as traffic was terrible being 4th of July weekend and we were coming from Pa. The owner/manager of the property kept updated with us and made extra arrangements, to help us get into the rental in the middle of the night. The over all condition of the property wasn’t everything dreams are made of but it was truly petty stuff like paint and trim needing refreshed. I would also advise if you have small children that you bring plastic plates, bowls and cups. They only have glass and everything is tile of course. The 4th bedroom is more like a closet conversion with a sky light but the A/C works great in there and over all the room was still a good size, so no complaints on that. Would I stay there again?….. without hesitation or a second thought FOR SURE! It was a fantastic week and we had so much room, yet we were all still together (9 of us). We had concerns in the beginning because the fridge didn’t seem like it was getting cold but it was because it was empty for a while. Once we got the food in there for a few hours then it started to get colder. LOVED this rental and it has everything you need for the most part. Also take beach chairs as theirs are broken but come on, do we want to complain about that stuff? nah! If you’re considering this place, just do it!

Beautiful view, great location

Our overall review is good, however, there were some issues upon check-in. One of the toilets didn't work, but it was taken care of right away. The condo has been used hard and needs some maintenance, hopefully before it is rented again. The location, the view and overall experience here is good but do not expect perfect conditions. The pool area is nice and it's very convenient to be able to park in a garage in your own parking space.
