Morning Sunrise - Oceanfront Condo with Ocean Views from every room

Welcome to the Morning Sunrise at the Horizons! We truly believe this is the most beautiful and well positioned condo in Daytona Beach! The reason we feel that way is the fact each bedroom is directly on the ocean and even standing in the kitchen is oceanview. This wonderful condo has a southern exposure to view Ponce Inlet Lighthouse, the famous Daytona Pier, and if you're lucky a rocket launch from Cape Kennedy. Sunrises are Spectatular and always different!!! Wonderful memories are made right on the wrap around balcony before ever stepping foot on the beautiful white sand.

The two large bedrooms each have kingsize beds and there is a pull out sofa bed in living room. There are TV's in every room along with a DVD player
There are only 4 units on each of the 19 floors of the building and each floor has its own washer and dryer.
You have access to all our wonderful amenities which include a large pool, barbecue area with grills and tables for your dining pleasure, gated beach access, well equipped exercise room, sauna with shower, and underground designated parking where you will find beach chairs, mats etc for your use. Bring your clothes as we provide all sheets, towels, beach towels and anything else we can think of to make your stay enjoyable and easy! Anything you might need is only blocks away such as restaurants, movies, groceries, drug store, amusement parks, and the Famous Daytona Speedway is only a 15 minute drive.

**********************************************our building,is currently under construction. The Unit is completed with new windows and sliding glass doors! The balconies are available however we are not allowed to have permanent furniture but we do provide chairs so our tenants can enjoy the balcony . There could be noise depending how on how close the work is to our unit on the dates of the booking. Starting in October the work has moved to the 1st to the 7th floor. We are on 15. Please inquire with host for details *******************************************

This condo is so beautiful there is everything you need for a wonderful vacation the view on the balcony is breathtaking and the furniture are so comfy and the decor is amazing.We had fun at the beach and at the pool

Many problems with construction. Paul did his best to accommodate us. Even switching to another unit. But eventually we moved to a different location and he refunded our balance! The units were a bit dated.

I have a 4 star only due to construction. The windows had a film and we could hardly see out of them. Would have been better if we could due to how cold it was. Overall a lovely place to stay!

Was disappointed that I didn’t get to stay in my original booking, all though the replacement property was ok, it did its job and gave me a place to rest/sleep. Properly owner/manager was a great communicator kept me up to speed on the situation.

Paul was absolutely great to work with. He was very responsive and went above and beyond for us. The building was quiet and private, nice pool and easy access to the beach. Beach was not too crowded and the building is far enough away from the main strip of Daytona to give you some peace and quiet at night.

This was our second year at the Horizons condos. We loved it. We had an awesome vacation. All the needed essentials were there for us and the home was clean and well furnished. Great views! Already booked for next year!

Overall it was a good stay. The condo itself was very nice and the owners provided all necessities. My biggest complaint was the construction. The construction was directly next to and above us and it was very loud during the day, to the point that we had to leave. Unfortunately we were not allowed to access the balcony due to the construction, which was a bummer.

Came for the NCA College Cheer Competition this was a great location that allowed us to be close to the action minus the crazy! Condo was beautiful clean and just what we needed. Owner was easy to communicate with, and overall an amazing experience.

Highly recommended

The condo is beautifully decorated and welcoming. The views are amazing. There was some construction going on due to the last hurricane but it was kept to a minimum. No repairs were needed in our condo. Although we did not have any problems, Paul made sure we knew he was available should we need him. This was our second stay in this condo and it was just as nice as last time

Disappointed in our 2 week Daytona Beach Vacation

This condo building is currently under restoration. Our host did inform us of the construction but we were told it was not in our location. We tried to be tolerant with the noise but it became overwhelming (they were jackhammering on the floor above). We contacted the host and he gave us a one night hotel compensation. We rented for 2 weeks. The view is beautiful if we could have enjoyed it. The photos were probably taken years ago. For example ...the living room furniture was in poor condition, the windows and sliding doors were inoperable. The closets stored paint cans and were unusable. The host (owner) should have been aware of the restoration schedule. This unit should never had been available for rent. Totally disappointed.

Condo very nice. Still under constuction from hurricane. If you want perfect , not your place. But if you can put up with a little construction noise and thimgs not totally put back in place. Very nice
