You will love this condo located at ground level. You will overlook the lake. The complex has a beautiful lake with walking paths and you will love this luxurious two bedroom condo you will encounter ducks, geese and other wildlife. The condo has power recliners, king size beds and TVs in every room, even in your screened in patio. Conveniently located at I-17 and Peoria in Phoenix for easy access to the entire valley. There are great restaurants in the area and a fun park to entertain all ages.
The space has been newly remodeled condo with luxury furnishings and comfy beds and TVs in every room. Assortment of games, pool toys and racquets for your use. Refrigerator with ice and water and full stocked kitchen with coffee maker with coffee supplies. Washer and dryer and even a wagon to help you bring your items in.
You will have access to the entire condo except the outdoor closet. You have access to the pool, spa, lake and tennis court with a key provided.
Our complex is conveniently located and well kept and very quiet. The neighbors are friendly and the lake is so relaxing and the desert đŸŒ” landscaping is very beautiful. Service animals must be approved by the HOA.

This home was the perfect location for all our activities. The home is well equipped with towels, kitchen ware and the patio is a "10"! Our hosts were very prompt with responses to questions and details on the home. We had an issue with the stove during our stay and the hosts had it replaced the same day! WOW!I will defiantly return!

Two couples were travelling together, and privacy was easy to achieve with two king rooms and two bathrooms. The screened porch is where we spent the majority of our time because it is wonderful! The entire place is clean and has everything we needed.

Wow !!! We had a great stay here. Everything is top notch and very comfortable in this condo . We loved the ground floor too. Jeanne and Nichole provided everything we needed for our stay. The place was clean and fit our family perfectly. We were bringing our daughter to college at GCU and the location was perfect getting to and from campus. We loved sitting on the patio at night and listening/watching the monsoons. We would definitely stay again.

We really enjoyed staying in this lovely condo, and especially loved having the lake right outside. It made for a beautiful location to spend time. The screened porch was fantastic—especially since we happened to be there on a week that was cooler. The A/C in the unit worked great and kept the temperature very comfortable. The place was pretty clean overall, but there were a few things that made me a little uneasy cleanliness-wise. The hosts were very accommodating and generous with allowing renters to use equipment and amenities in the place. The lockbox at the front door was very difficult to see when we arrived after dark, with no lighting to help with visibility, causing a little frustration and delay getting into the place. But otherwise, everything worked great and we enjoyed our stay. We would go back again.

Best stay by far

We really enjoyed the condo. I rarely give reviews however, I was very impressed and would highly recommend it to others. We have stayed in numerous other VRBO but this one was by far our favorite. Beds are comfortable, the condo was clean, plenty of amenities, and was on the ground floor.

Friendly secure waterfront

The big plus of this condo is the ground access to waterfront- rare in Phoenix! The neighbours were friendly and the birds were fun. With easy access to Hwy #17, we could drive to many attractions. We enjoyed pickleball, the waterfront walk, pool and hot tub, too. Many thanks!

Amazing property in quiet complex

Great ground-level condo in a wonderful complex. I loved going to runs around the lake in the morning and enjoyed the house itself. Very spacious and comfy. The TVs were nice, and the indoor/outdoor patio overlooking the lake was beautiful. Very gracious and considerate hosts, as well.

This VRBO was perfect for our needs. Jeanne and Nicole were great hosts a d thought of everything!

Referred to us from family who stayed here, this property felt luxurious and extravagant for the price point and location. We enjoyed all the amenities, the lake and walking paths, the screened in porch with divine chaise lounges, the pool, hot tub and pickleball courts. We were impressed with the generosity of Jeanne and Nicole in their offerings of amenities and communication methods. Thanks Jeanne and Nicole!

Excellent unit

This unit was very accessible for my elderly MIL and my husband who is an amputee. It was well-stocked and the owners provided thoughtful items such as a wagon to help with loading and unloading the car. My husband said it was the best experience he has had in a VRBO. The location was handy to I-17 which lets you access all areas of the Phoenix area.

So much potential

This property holds so much potential, and with a few changes it could easily be a five-star property. Ill start with the good: - The check-in process was seamless and the directions from the parking space to the condo itself were very clear. - The collapsible wagon provided came in handy on a few occasion. - The complex itself is lovely - very well maintained, quiet and secure. - The bedrooms were nice and spacious, each with their own television and ample storage. Beds were comfortable. - The main living area was great, with a large sectional and another television just off the dining area. - The screened in porch was perfect with its own television. - There was a binder of information provided with such things as internet passwords etc. - Hosts responded to our questions and concerns promptly. - The complex is close to restaurants etc. The bad: - Property was quite dirty when we arrived. Once we mentioned this to our hosts, a cleaner was sent and did another clean. - The bathrooms are in dire need of renovations. Both the tub/shower combination and the stand-up shower were old and not very clean and the doors were hard to open and close. - The kitchen cupboards are terrible. They are dirty (especially on the inside) and need to be replaced. - The neighbourhood is not ideal - lots of homeless people and a few folks told us it was not a safe area. The ugly: - I chose this property specifically for what I was told was a "walk-in" shower. It is not. The owners knew that my father was coming down for hip replacement and I stressed the importance of the "walk-in" shower with no barrier. When I mentioned this once we arrived I was told that the owners thought it was "better than a tub/shower combination". We were tempted to walk out, eat the cost and go to an accessible hotel but could not find one. This was completely unacceptable. - Despite asking specifically about some TV channels and being told they had them, they did not. We ended up having to get paid subscriptions for the month. Overall, this property is nice, but despite the other ratings, it is certainly not a five-star the way it is now. In my opinion, a five-star property is "perfect", and this certainly is not. With a few renos, it certainly could be.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

We love this property because it is very convenient to a major freeway to get all over the city and state. The property has a man made lake that is very enjoyable and with paths, beautiful landscaping, ducks , geese and other wildlife. We also have a very nice pool and spa, tennis courts and gas BBQ's for your use. It is a very quiet complex and we are close many nice restaurants, colleges, casinos, lakes and event stadiums.
