DETAILS: "23 Palms" is Seagrove's quintessential beloved beach house just steps from the sand! This 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom home sleeps 14 guests comfortably, making it perfect for multi-generational families or group trips. There are several fantastic amenities, including a private saltwater pool, Gulf and lake views, and multiple porches to relax on.

The main floor of the home is on the second floor, where you'll find the open kitchen and living area. The kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and seating for 12 at the island and dining table. The living area is perfect to gather the family around inside or outside on the balcony since there is cozy seating and plenty of space to kick back in both. There is one bedroom on this floor with a king bed and a private bathroom as well.

Downstairs is where guests will find the remaining bedrooms and entrance to the backyard. The first room has a king bed with its own bathroom and private access to the porch. The next room is identical to the primary bedroom, but with a queen bed instead. The final room includes 2 queen-over-queen bunk beds and its own half bathroom with a toilet and sink only.

The outdoor spaces at "23 Palms" are equally as entertaining. With a large, private pool and deck, screened porch, and balconies on every level (including a third-floor lookout), you'll have plenty of options to enjoy when you're not on the beach. Included with the home are 4 adult bikes to cruise along the 30A bike path to nearby Seaside or to the beach! Don't miss your chance to stay by the lake and the Gulf at 431 Eastern Lake Road in Seagrove!

This home can accommodate 3 vehicles, plus additional nearby street parking.

Spring Break

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The location is everything. Highly recommend having the pool heated and renting a golf cart/beach chairs. The home is well stocked w everything that you will need.

Beautiful shady paradise

We had such a nice time! The pool was so nice for small children, with large pkatfirm style steps that allowed play at different depths. Our 2yos had a ton of fun!

Clean, convenient

This was perfect for two families, five kids. Lots of nice outdoor space. Convenient layout. Had a minor microwave issue that hit resolved within hours.

Lovely house

This house was very clean and well appointed. There are not any water views and the beach access is not ideal. Location was central and there are many options for dining in the immediate area so long as you have a golf cart or vehicle.

Just as Wonderful as We Remembered!

We haven’t been back to 23 Palms for a few years due to availability, but so glad to be back! The new owner kept what was great about the house, and made a few improvements (half bath in bunk room). We love the location and private pool the most. Kitchen is well stocked and separate ice maker is so convenient. Management company highly responsive to questions and small maintenance issues. Only annoyance is the pool alarm which goes off every time a door is opened. However, it’s FL law so not much can be done about that. Overall, highly recommended and will stay again!

4th of July vacay

We loved the house. It was so clean and the kitchen is stocked with equipment but no staples for cooking. I brought most of my own so we were fine but you’ll need everything to cook with down to salt and pepper. There was no live TV and the room TVs didn’t work. We had a flat on a bike and it was taken care of extremely quick. On walking to the beach, the house is one street away from the entrance but you have to wade across a large body of water. You can’t cross in regular clothes and we had to hold our things above our heads to cross. Water comes up to your waste (mostly hot bath water feeling). So coolers and bags of towels were hard to get to the beach. This happened to us last year and I wouldn’t have chosen a house with the same set back. We like to go back down at night and couldn’t without swimsuits on.

October 2021 Stay

We come to 30A twice a year with our school aged children. Of all the houses we've stayed at, this has been our favorite! The living space is very open and spacious, and the kitchen very well stocked. Our favorite part was by far the private pool in the front yard. We found the pool alarm to be cumbersome, but we understand it is necessary. The walk to the beach was short and the beach was certainly not overcrowded, which was a priority in this COVID world. The stream connecting Eastern Lake to the sea was deep at times for the kids to cross over but it was manageable. Overall, it was a great stay and we plan to be back!
