The Space:

Newly built in 2018 custom luxury beach home with 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Step onto the charming back porch and in through the back door, and you're met with abundant natural light flowing into the open living room-kitchen concept equipped with modern comfort. A beautifully appointed kitchen with waterfall quartz stone island & countertops, custom lighting, and all professional stainless steel appliances. The back of the property is an expansive covered deck and grilling area complete with privacy fencing. It overlooks a beautiful backyard with a pool and across the street from the beach. Exceptional privacy, creating your personal backyard sanctuary. Perfect for entertaining guests and enjoying dinner outside.

Perfection!

Three generations spent the week together, and this was the perfect home. Beautiful open concept home with nice transition to outdoor patio and pool. Steps from the beach! We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend!

Perfect for winter girlfriends getaway

This home was SO beautiful and comfortable. Ample indoor and outdoor seating for our group of 5 adults. There were beach chairs and bikes and FIVE king size beds! Yes, even the bunk room had a soft and comfy king bed. Water pressure of the showers was amazing. VERY short walk to beach - stairs to navigate down to the beach - not a problem, just an FYI. Highly recommend this property!

Amazing house

Loved the location of the house. It was right across the street from the beach access. Beware there are several flights of very inclined steps to get to the beach. We knew this ahead of time and were ok with it. The open concept of the house was amazing for family meals/hanging out. Loved the back porch and pool. Can’t wait for our next stay!

This house has everything we were looking for. We had our family of eight and our two 15 month old grand babies so we wanted a one-story home, quick access to the beach and a private pool and this home was just perfect! No issues at all and Connor was quick to respond to questions!

Great Vacation House and Location

My family and extended family met up for a vacation. This house was great. The rooms were spacious and everything was modern. We especially loved the roominess of the kitchen/dining area and the living area, which is all open to each other. The pool area was also very spacious and the pool was great. We walked to the beach every day, as it was just thorough a parking lot and across the street (there's a trail from the side of the house that leads right to the parking lot across from the public access to the beach. Literally a 2 minute walk to the public access point. Overall, this house and location was exactly what we were looking for. If you're considering a vacation in the Rosemary beach area, I'd give this place a serious look.

Family vacation

It was a beautiful, clean home. We really enjoyed our stay. The only issues we had, the dryer was not working, and we were never told until we brought it up to the property manager. We were also never told about the fountains in the pool, and were told we would be shown how to use them, and we never were. Lastly the TV's in almost every room didn't work. But, besides those issues, it was a great time and we would definitely come back! The house was so nice for my family.

Family Vacay

House size, bedrooms, pool and location were perfect for our family of ten with older teens and adults . The one main issue was that the dryer didn’t work and we weren’t aware of that issue until we arrived . We often plan to pack light and wash our clothes so that was a disappointment. The other issue was no remote for the outside TV. Other than that we loved the big spacious kitchen and seating for our entire family as we cooked dinner in most nights . The pool and outside space was large enough for us to stay at the house and hang out if we did not want to go to the beach . Beach access was quick and easy .

Amazing Home

We had a wonderful time and can’t wait to go back! This house was better & bigger than I expected even with the great photos. Lots of space for our three families and kids. Patio area was so nice to have and the pool area has ample space around it. So close to the beach and right across the street from the beach access. All bedrooms were awesome with ample room especially the bunk room! Bathrooms were beautiful! The kids loved to shower in the master bath - 2 shower heads and lots of room in that shower! Kitchen was great - loved the huge center island and counter space. New large/long table had been added, benches arrived while we were there (we did not assemble/use them. Next time) We’re already talking about our next visit! Hope to stay again next year!

Beautiful House

House is amazing!! You can walk straight out back yard and within 100 yards of beach access (lots of stairs for anyone that might have a hard time) . Very easy walk over. We rented golf cart but really no need. Pool, pool, pool! The backyard setup is amazing. The bikes were an awesome compliment to house, you have six bikes. Only slight con was the bathroom set up was a little odd, there is three bedrooms on one side with only one bathroom but manageable. There was some slight issues with the house as far as plumbing not draining, and the dryer did not work all week, and a few missing remotes for tv. But the host communicated daily and quickly so we worked around. Highly recommend this house to any large family.

Thanksgiving on Seabreeze Way

We had a good time staying at this comfortable property. The home was spacious and clean.....well suited to our large group. The beach access is close and quite walkable. The kitchen was perfect to cook a thanksgiving dinner in and we fed 12 people a delightful meal. We were a bit disappointed that the TVs in the bedrooms were not working and the main room TV was difficult to figure out. With all the bowl games going we didn't want to miss a minute! We noticed from past reviews that the TVs have had problems off and on for quite awhile, in spite of reassurances from the management that they would be fixed. Also, be prepared with your own trash bags and laundry soap because only one trash bag is provided in the kitchen and no laundry soap. We were disappointed that in spite of messaging the property management several times....we received no communication from them. We managed to solve our issues and even with these small annoyances, we had a wonderful time and would definitely come back. We had a great time on Seabreeze Way.

Family Vacation at Southern Seabreeze

Positives: Ranch one level. We had toddlers and it was nice not to have to worry about stairs. The pool was large enough for our group of 10. The highlight of the pool was an oversized "splash pad" area which was great for the toddlers to sit in the water and play. Further, there is a large umbrella that can be adjusted to cast shade over the splash pool area - again, a huge bonus with little ones. Inside, the living area was large enough for our group to move around and the outdoor covered patio was great for being outside but out of the sun. We all had king sized beds and that was great. We wish the house description would have been more specific about all the extras available to us - the kitchen was stocked full of everything you need including glass containers for leftovers and grill tools; the garage had loads of pool floats and beach toys.Negatives:The property's single garbage can was overloaded with trash when we arrived. Further, there were at least 5 extra bags of trash on the side of the house. The instructions indicated trash day was Tuesday and Friday, but it was actually Thursday. My husband found a second can at the back of the property and used it to load all the extra garbage. Needless to say, dealing with someone else's garbage is not at the top of our list for a vacation.Like many of the previous reviews, there are still issues with the TVs. Despite instructions from the property manager, we could not get 2 of the 3 TVs to work.
