The jacuzzi has arrived 5 feet tall and 12 feet long. This luxurious 5 bedrooms 3 bathrooms is well lit and perfect for weekly/ monthly stays. One 50 inches smart TV and one 50 inch Roku tv. Brand new modern kitchen, flooring, and furniture. A very spacious front yard that can park up to 6 cars. This is a beautiful quiet neighborhood with close to many different stores. Including multiple useful plazas.
Grill has arrived and is ready to be used. Book now!!!

Okay, not luxurious by any stretch

This house was okay, definitely not luxurious and is much dingier than it appears in the photos. It filled the bare minimum of what we needed and the owner/manager promptly answered when messaged. We did not receive any information about getting into the house prior to us asking literally an hour away from the house. The sheets and towels were clean. The house is in desperate need of a really deep clean and paint job. There were tiny little bugs/ants all over the counters. The kitchen supplies (bowls, plates, silverware, cookware) need serious updating and are not adequate for 13 people. There are tons of coffee cups but only a 5 cup coffee pot, which doesn't make sense for a house that sleeps 13 people. One of the bathroom toilets backed up into the shower drain/floor, which was promptly remedied. We had to remove a large cockroach from another bathroom and noticed lots of baby cockroaches coming out of that room's ceiling vent. Additionally, the highly advertised hot tub is an extra charge that you have to book 24 hours in advance of when you want to use it. We did not feel this was clearly explained in the property details on VRBO so just FYI in case you want to use it.. make sure you ask/book ahead of your stay. Two of the bedrooms do not have actual doorknobs, which is a safety issue, in addition to just being hard to open. We would not book this house again.

Overall Good Experience

Overall what we expected in overall convenience, cleanliness, comfort and amenities. We had a large family group, which is hard to please everyone all of the time, as the saying goes, but this place covered everyone. Plenty of parking. Hot tub was a plus too. This host is still in the middle of renovations and upgrades which caused some hiccups like flooding due to use of bathrrom not yet ready for use which was not communicated to us. And previous guest left a mess in the kitchen. The host was notified so he could take the right action with his cleaning crew. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Not likely to visit Miami area again but if we do we wouldn't hesitate to stay at this location again.everyones needs. Our parking

Not true to listing

The house needs updating many of the caniments and drawers in the kitchen are broken and not working, we were worried that something may break with minimal use. The listing says there is jacuzzi , this was all dirty and not working tried 2 days to get the owner to get it cleaned as we had kids who wanted to use it. They fixed it the night before we were supposed to check out the kids were disappointed. Did not feel the house was worth what we were charged.

College graduation family stay

The house was great. The space was so accommodating for our family. We loved it. All 6 cars fit the driveway for parking. Driving up to it looked small from the outside, but wow walking in was like so surprising!! We really enjoyed this property and next time we’re in the city , yess we will be back😎

Loved the property. The distance to the Hard Rock Stadium was great. There were 6 of us and we didn’t feel cramped. Also communication was quick. Property is well lit when coming in at night.
