I have a passion for the Sunshine State. My mission is to help travelers find and book the perfect vacation rental for their next visit to Florida. Whether it's a week long trip with your children, a romantic long weekend with your spouse, or a reunion with a large group of friends - Look no further this property will suit your every need. All you have to do is book and find out for yourself.

You deserve time in the warm sunshine, swimming in the crystal clear waters surrounding florida, and getting away from all the stresses of home. If you already know where you’re headed, downtown orlando, this is the exact property you’re looking for.

I am currently building my dream vacation home in my favorite city, Downtown Orlando. I’m so happy to share it with you. My house is modern,
Zen and extremely clean. The kitchen is stunning, a must see. I love meeting new people. My house definitely reflects my personality. I’m very respectful and considerate. I expect the same in return. PLEASE NO GUESTS UNDER 30!!!! This is a NON- SMOKING property. I am unable to host outside smokers. I am highly allergic. Very sorry and thank you for understanding.

Brand new construction. Studio apartment on top of a two car garage in Downtown Orlando’s Milk district. The area between the Main House and Studio is not apart of this listing. Please respect the privacy of the other home. This property has a private hot tub area for your use only. Please respect quiet hours and no music or loud noise outside after 9pm. We are walking distance to great restaurants, starbucks and the plaza live and other great venues. Be the very first guest to book here. Everything is brand new top to bottom. Featuring an all white modern kitchen. You won’t regret taking a chance and booking here.

GATED PARKING. You will have one spot next to your front door. Please pull all the way forward and park on the rock bed. Very important about our driveway as long and narrow please do not make a U-turn at any time. You can either back or back. if you do not feel comfortable backing in or backing out because you do not have a back up camera please park on the street directly in front of the house.

Great Orlando Weekend Stay

Brandi's property was very clean and convenient to everything we had on our Orlando agenda for the weekend. The home was well appointed with everything we needed and more. We would definitely stay again.

The perfect getaway.

This place was amazing. It was clean, warm, and inviting. The hostess went to great lengths to ensure I felt at home away from home. The pictures don’t do it justice. I would stay there again and again and again.

One night stay

My husband and I stayed for 1 night and it was perfect. Brandi called me beforehand and confirmed our reservation which I appreciated. Her text the day of our arrival was detailed and explained the check in/out process thoroughly. Property was clean and nicely decorated. I would stay here again if we come back to the area.

Nice property. Loved the hot tub. The entertainment area was cool, but we could not get the previous occupants Netflix logged out so we couldn’t watch much tv. Great location for our weekend stay before our cruise.

Perfectly relaxing stay

Brandi has made this space truly a home away from home. The check in was so easy, the bed was comfy, the towels were soft and the place was spotless. From coffee to snacks stocked, Brandi takes care in providing a truly cared for property from top to bottom. Stay here, the hotels are hit or miss! This is a sure thing.

All around fantastic

The property itself was awesome, Brandi is a fantastic host, and we loved the area. We walked to the restaurants in the Milk District, which is a great area. This is not the touristy crowded Orlando that I avoid like the plague. Loved it!

It was a perfect vacation rental!

This studio was amazing! It was very clean and the communication with the owner was great. I got a few text messages throughout my stay to make sure everything was ok. Check-out was at 10 o’clock.

Perfect home base

My wife and I visited for a long weekend and had a great time. This rental is very close to great little neighborhoods with restaurants, bars, parks and trails, some within easy walking distance. It was nice to have a spot to park our car and the above garage studio style apartment was perfect for the two of us. Our host was very responsive, answering any questions we had and making sure everything met our needs. Definitely recommended.

Me and my girlfriend came down for the weekend to visit Universal for Halloween horror nights, and we could not have a had better experience because the studio apartment was exactly what we needed. It was very clean, organized and easy to find what we needed. The hot tub is a great addition as well. I would recommend to anyone coming to the area!

perfect spot

this was a perfect rental. there is everything you need as a home away from home. the owner is friendly and helpful. the entire experience and atmosphere/environment is top notch, clean, comfy, and equipped for you to live like you do @ home. i personally really appreciated the kitchen and supplies as i needed a place where i could cook for myself. A+ rental. very grateful for this spot :)

Let me start by saying that Brandi is a great host!! she is very polite, communicative, and will make sure your stay is enjoyable. The studio I stayed at was super cozy and clean. My partner and I were in love with it and felt right at home. The Led lights and décor were specially such a nice touch as well. I will most definitely stay here again. I highly recommend her as your next vacay host. Thank you Brandi for making our stay such a special one. We loved the little welcome note too! 20/10!

Little Honey Moon

I had a fantastic stay there, and it wasn't just the company I kept. Anyhow there was nothing more I could ask for great location, private, and if your going to the Parks this is a short drive to them. I tell you the best way to describe the cozy two person get a way is Honey Moon Suite. Your even greeted via dry board... go see it for yourself. I am most definitely coming back. Thank you

Weekend stay

We had a great time at this property! Brandi was an amazing host- our initial phone call felt like I was talking to an old friend- all the way through to check out- she was great. My dog is currently dealing with a health issue that I explained prior to our arrival, and she went above and beyond to make him/us feel at home during our stay. The personalized touches to the unit were above and beyond what was expected. The unit is truly adorable. If we go back to Orlando, we will for sure reach out to Brandi again.

EPIC getaway

My husband & I flew down from MA for a short stay and specifically chose Brandi's rental for its proximity to The Plaza Live. Brandi is hands down the best hostess we've ever rented from. Months prior to our trip, she called us to introduce herself, chat for a bit about our trip and assure us that she was a phone call away if needed. Our event at The Plaza Live included a VIP experience for Static X. We needed to ship a custom guitar which the singer would play on stage and be autographed by the entire band. Brandi was more than accommodating when I asked if she would be comfortable with receiving the guitar and made sure she was there to sign for it and place it safely inside the rental prior to arrival. Several days prior to arrival, another couple had been careless with hot tub causing the motor to break. Knowing my husband has back issues and was really looking forward to using it, Brandi called us to apologize and offered to refund the rental should we decide to book somewhere else. She was also on the phone with every local repair person in the meantime, determined to get it up and running prior to our arrival. We decided to keep our reservation, since it was within walking distance to the venue. Lo and behold, she was able to find a repair person and we actually were able to enjoy the hot tub twice during our stay!!! Needless to say, Brandi is the kindest, most accommodating host we have ever dealt with :) The rental was modern, warm and spotless.
