Best of all, the property includes boat slip #10 located directly behind the townhome, accommodating boats up to 35 feet for easy access to open water!



Surrounded by lush tropical landscaping, Coral Lagoon features a resort-style pool and convenient access to boating, snorkeling, fishing, dining, and Marathon favorites like the Dolphin Research Center, Turtle Hospital, and Crane Point Hammock. The adjoining Boat House Marina is a full-service marina with amenities available to boaters at an additional cost (dockmaster contact provided upon booking):



BOAT LAUNCHING + TRAILER STORAGE:

Ramp hours are 8:00 am - 4:30 pm daily

Trailer storage is available off-site for an additional nightly rate.

Onsite trailer storage option.

These fees are not included in the cost of the villa.



When it is time for you to check out, please stop by the Dockmaster’s office at Coral Lagoon or call the office to schedule a time to use the ramp (305-481-0653) . The crew will place your trailer by the ramp so you can hook up and be ready to load the boat onto it. After you are loaded, you can pull forward and use a hose we provide to quickly flush your engines and rinse the brakes and axles.

Guests will have access to house, private balconies, grounds, pool.

Getting Around:

Renting a car is the best way to get around. There is a public bus that goes to Key West and Miami.

NO SMOKING ON THE PROPERTY



Fishing and swimming are prohibited in the canal per resort rules.
