The Space:

Hit a Grand Slam with your Florida Keys getaway at this beautifully decorated 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath Key West–style townhome in Coral Lagoon Resort & Marina. This end-unit offers a bright open living space with a fully equipped kitchen, Smart TVs in every bedroom and a 70” screen in the main living area—ideal for unwinding after a day in the sun. Step outside to shaded seating areas perfect for relaxing, entertaining or grilling (electric grill).



Surrounded by lush tropical landscaping, Coral Lagoon features a heated resort-style pool and convenient access to boating, snorkeling, fishing, dining, and Marathon favorites like the Dolphin Research Center, Turtle Hospital, and Crane Point Hammock. Whether you’re here for adventure or relaxation, Grand Slam delivers a winning Keys escape.



**** ONGOING DOCK REPAIR PROJECT: The project will continue through at least March 30th 2026, with this timeline remaining tentative and subject to change based on weather and construction progress. A temporary fence restricts access to the dock behind the home for your safety. The rest of the property remains fully equipped!

*Pricing has been discounted due to the unit’s boat slip behind townhome not being available at this time.*



However The Boat House Marina next door to the resort may have slips available. It is a full service marina with amenities available to boaters at an additional cost:



BOAT LAUNCHING + TRAILER STORAGE:

Ramp hours are 8:00 am - 4:30 pm daily

Trailer storage is available off-site for an additional nightly rate.

These fees are not included in the cost of the villa.

No trailer storage reservations are needed.



When it is time for you to check out, please stop by the Dockmaster’s office at Coral Lagoon (305-481-0653) or call the office to schedule a time to use the ramp. The crew will place your trailer down by the ramp so you can hook up and be ready to load the boat on your trailer. After you are loaded, you can pull forward and use a hose we provide to quickly flush your engines and rinse the brakes and axles.

** All boats must also be insured, please contact the dock master at the marina for further information. ***

Getting Around:

Renting a car is the best way to get around. There is a public bus that goes to Key West and Miami.

Pros: The home was well located in Marathon - 10-20 minutes in either directions to plenty of beaches, restaurants, etc. The house was nicely cleaned. The main floor had a nice amount of space and the kitchen was well stocked. The hosts respond fairly promptly. Nicely stocked beach items. Cons: I knew there was construction during our stay but I didnt realize it would be literally a foot outside of the back patio. King bed was fine but the other beds were not comfortable - one of the twin beds was completely broken. We told our host and they said they probably couldnt get someone to come fix it because it was Jan 1 (understandable) but then a maintenance person came into the house while I was napping and we had zero notice from the host that someone would be coming by - so that was weird and not appreciated. I think the amenities could have used improvement - for a 5 night stay, I dont expect to need to go out to buy my own toilet paper, paper towels, and garbage bags. There was only enough for a few days. The host did come buy to bring a few more rolls of toilet paper. There was also no soap in the bathrooms.Overall, a decent stay but my guests were not very happy.

The place and location were great. The master bed could use a less rock like mattress but overall was great. All the kitchen had everything a person could need.

Great Location and Comfy House

We had a nice relaxing stay at Grand Slam. Even though there was a bit of construction on the canal area, it wasn't a detraction and the rental company told us all about it before hand. Very nicely handled. Thank you! Glad we chose this one!

Nice grill and area. Not a lot of other positives

Glass doors to pool area did not lock. Some did. When i arrived the front door was not locked. Pool and hot tub were not heated, it was an extra 35/day to heat the hot tub, so we paid for our 3 days, but we could only use it one day. Bad knives, no toaster grill in pool area worked well.

Place was very clean. They had beach chairs and towels which was a nice surprise. Location is a good mid point for the Keys. Communication with property manager was good.

Perfect

Perfect rental for a stay in the Florida Keys. We loved being away from the craziness of Key West. The VRBO was quiet and had everything we needed for a beach day, including towels and beach chairs. Would definitely stay here again.

Had a great vacation, Doc and Marina employees were awesome. Very helpful went out of their way to make things easy. Place was beautiful, my only gripe was The dockage was on a narrow canal, definitely need a boat 25 feet or smaller to navigate and turn around

Great location and beautiful condo

Great marina, if you have a boat, this is a great place to stay the boat slip is right in front of the condo. Very clean and well stocked kitchen. Pool area is very nice
