Coral Lagoon Resort & Marina features a heated, in ground pool with ample poolside seating. It is also close proximity to shopping, charter boats and tourist attractions.

The Tropical Sea Star is located on nearly six acres of lushly maintained property. This property is one of the few that is a single family home, not an attached townhome.

First Level:
Walk into the fully equipped kitchen boasting stainless steel appliances and elegant granite countertops. Kitchen opens into the dining room that divides the living area. There is a half bath on this level.

French doors open onto the oversized covered back porch which provides peaceful canal views and features plenty of room for lounging in the sun or enjoying the ocean breeze.

Second Level:
Upstairs features a calm color scheme and comfortable bed linens. Master suite offers a king size bed, private bath, flat screen TV and a romantic private balcony.

The 2nd bedroom has a Queen size bed and the 3rd bedroom features 2 twin size beds. There is also a hall bath on this level.

**DOCK CONSTRUCTION STARTS ON AUG 2 - February 28 - WE WILL OFFER YOU A DISCOUNT ON BOOKINGS THIS TIMEFRAME. Construction could include: fenced off dock for protection, parking located in parking area instead of by unit and may have construction noise from the hours of 8-5.

BOAT LAUNCHING + TRAILER STORAGE: Boats up to 35' All boats must be insured.

Ramp hours are 8:00am - 4:30pm daily

Trailer storage is availble off site free of charge 1/2 mile away

Boat launch fee is not included in the cost of the villa.
To use their ramp $10 in and $10 out. Boat trailer storage is $25/day on site.


When it is time for you to check out, please stop by the Dockmaster’s office at Coral Lagoon (305-481-0653) or call the office to schedule a time to use the ramp. The crew will place your trailer down by the ramp so you can hook up and be ready to load the boat on your trailer. After you are loaded, you can pull forward and use a hose we provide to quickly flush your engines and rinse the brakes and axles.
Please note that if you plan to travel with a boat, we can only guarantee that one boat will be able to fit at the dock.
