We had a great experience at Matt's Canyon Racquet Club condo. His communication was great, the unit was very clean and was stocked with everything we needed. We loved the location being close to the ski slopes and our favorite restaurants. We would definitely book with this host again!
Super location to enjoy our Utah ski vacation! This comfortable condo was one of the best supplied vacation properties I have ever rented. Very roomy and handy to local restaurants, shopping, and ski resorts.
This was the perfect place for our ski trip! Excellent location to Cottonwoods, restaurants, etc and the condo is beautifully appointed. Would highly recommend this spot for any skiing or hiking trips in your future
Thank you Matt for a fantastic stay, we will definitely be back! The condo is immaculate, great location and Matt is super responsive. We loved the layout, the space was perfect for our group of 5 with 3 teens. Everyone had plenty of room and the unit is very well maintained.
Spacious, including vaulted ceilings, walk-in master closet, and electric sun shades. Mathew allowed us to use the entire double attached garage, with ski racks, leading into a mudroom for storing boots…then up lighted stairs. This 3-level condominium is within a quiet development, with comfortable, clean, welcoming decor, and ready warm water. We appreciated the gas burning fireplace, central heating, the extra blankets, large sofa, big screen t.v.s, hearty wooden dining table, thoughtful kitchen, modern appliances. Perfect for our family of 4, to ski/snowboard multiple Cottonwood canyon resorts. Conveniently located near enough to our daughter’s townhouse and University of Utah for her access, and SLC for ours.
The location and amenities at/around this condo were perfect for our family of 6! We enjoyed all of the restaurants in the vicinity, quite a few that are walkable! Getting to Solitude and Brighton was a quick 25 minute drive (getting home in the snow was a different story, but once off the mountain, it was so easy to get to!) The game selection was great, and the house itself is so cute and cozy. Highly recommend!
Our whole group thought the property was fabulous. Clean as a whistle, big, well located comfortable and everything worked. Amenities like coffee makers (yes, 2 of them) and a nicely stocked kitchen made everything work. Ski gear storage, garage parking. All nice.
The property is well maintained and furnished with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect for the activities we had planned. My only complaint is the third bedroom did not have a Queen size bed as shown on the listing. Rather, it was a Double bed, and not very comfortable for my daughter and son-in-law. That was disappointing.
We stayed for 6 weeks to ski Alta, and the condo was a great get-away! Very fast drive up and down the canyon to/from Alta on most days. Super comfortable beds, very roomy, super clean, and very easy to maintain. The bed linens, blankets, and towels were all soft and high quality. We used the well-stocked kitchen almost every night to cook our dinners — and we were very happy that several of our favorite grocery stores were close by. On days we wanted to eat out, we found many delicious restaurants in the vicinity — several within walking distance. Loved having the garage and the boot dryers! The area got a bit of snow several times over our stay, and the plows kept the driveways clear. Matt was very helpful — thank you so much!
Matt was an extremely helpful, accommodating and communicative host. After a very long day of travel, the condo was a sight for sore eyes--it was even decorated with a few tasteful Christmas decorations, which made it feel very homey and inviting. The kitchen accessories are very well stocked and the condo includes everything we needed for a comfortable stay, plus lots of wonderful extras like games, puzzles, boot warmer, etc. The beds and pillows were so comfy too! We skied and had a great time. The condo is in a very convenient location, unless you are trying to access Little Cottonwood Canyon ski resorts and the road closes. Also, be prepared for long traffic delays up the canyon roads on holidays or days when there is good snow. Even with the traffic, I would happily return to this condo because we loved it and Matt was a fantastic host!
We were there for a wedding and the condo was perfect. Very clean and updated. The kitchen was stocked with everything you would need and the beds were very comfortable. Definitely would stay there again.
This condo was in a perfect location for day trips to the Cottonwood canyon ski resorts. It was also close to ski shops, groceries, and a short ride to the airport. The kitchen was fully equipped, there is a large table area for meals and a cozy sofa by the fireplace. Use of the garage was a bonus.
Super clean and well furnished. Cozy living room with large sofa and blankets everywhere, room for everyone. Had absolutely everything we needed. 2 coffee makers, well supplied kitchen. Nice cookware. Lots of fresh soft towels in the bathrooms, washer and dryer with soap. Toiletries, tissues in every room, games. Loved the boot warmer ski storage and garage. Great location!
I've spent many years in the hospitality industry working with Ski Salt Lake, Ski Utah, and Snowbird Resort. I always take great care in making sure every detail is taken care of for my guests. I'd love to share what I've learned about getting the most out of enjoying this wonderful place I call home. Vacation where I live.

You simply can't beat the location of this property. Staying in the canyons at the resorts is nice but you can find yourself "trapped" with few and expensive dining and nightlife options. Having the ability to easily visit different ski resorts, restaurants, and attractions simply can't be compared to any other property around.
