Come see why this 4th Floor Phoenix Orange Beach condo is the best for your family!

Our condo is perfectly situated on the 4th floor directly overlooking the Lazy River and water slide at Phoenix Orange Beach with incredible panoramic views of the Gulf!! Avoid the elevators and park on the same floor as the condo!! We also have a keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the unit. With over 1,980 sq ft the unit is very spacious, newly furnished and new to the rental market!!

Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Orange Beach condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, kitchen with upscale appliances, coffee maker and a 65” flat screen HDTV in living room and a flat screen 55" HDTVs in the master and 2nd bedroom and 55" Smart TVs in the 3rd and 4th bedrooms, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a King bed in the Master, a King in the 2nd bedroom, two queen beds in the 3rd and 4th bedrooms and a queen sofa sleeper for sleeping up to 14.

There is an awesome zero entry outdoor pool with a water slide which connects to a lazy river, heated in-door swimming pool, two large Jacuzzi's, state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf, BBQ Grills, and a tennis court on the 10th floor.

There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.

Your vacation will be complete at Phoenix Orange Beach with all of the amenities, the beach and luxurious accommodations. Come and enjoy all that this new Phoenix has to offer, please email to book a vacation to remember. We also have several other 4br and 3br units should you have a large group and need more space!

Parking: Parking passes are a one time fee of $65 plus tax per vehicle. You will receive an email prior to your arrival to purchase the passes and will then be picked up at the front desk upon arrival. Any 4br unit you rent at Phoenix Orange Beach guarantees you can purchase up to THREE parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but do not expect an extra pass during the summer season.

Condo was clean, and plenty of room for all of us. I will say the dryer takes longer to dry clothes than it should, but that about the only issue.

Great Condo

This condo was awesome. Beach access, indoor and outdoor pool, 2 large hot tubs. Very family friendly location and accommodations. The condo is very stocked with all you could need. We will return!

Phoenix Orange Beach Unit#401 Spring Vacation Family Trip

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were in Unit #401 for 4 nights in March of 2024. We have a large family, 8 Adults and 6 smaller children and the unit worked well. PROS....Plenty of room, great location, great parking, great view, very nice condo.All staff we had interaction with were extremely nice and helpful.Condo was clean and the kitchen was well equipped as we cooked most meals in and only ate out 2 nights.Check in and out couldn't be any easier.CONS... Really none. A few of the appliances were starting to show some age like the dishwasher but it got the job done. Furniture in living area could use updating soon along with the bed covers.Any other negatives would-be things that were personal preferences like thin pillows as opposed to thick and soft.Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would rent this unit again.

Disappointed

Disappointed that there was no table on the balcony. Just 5 uncomfortable chairs that belonged with the missing table. Disappointed that the WiFi didn’t work in three of the four bedrooms. Disappointed in the layout of the two bedrooms sharing the third bathroom. Probably would not have rented if we had known it was a Jack n Jill. Smoke alarms kept chirping. Called service but they never showed. We purchased batteries and had to put new in every one of the alarms. Corner unit was really windy on the balcony. But we did like the parking right outside our door. The kitchen had everything we could ask for. Master bed was very comfortable and loved the walk in showers.

Perfect location for our stay. Property manager was very responsive. When we checked in the bed frame in the master was broken. He found a solution and it was repaired the next day. Being the end of the season, the cushions on the couch and patio chairs need a good cleaning. Condo had everything we needed. Would stay here again.

Floors were not clean, couches had huge brown spots on them, outdoor patio was so dirty that we did not use them, mold in the grout in the Jack and Jill bathroom shower and we had trouble connecting to Wi-fi.

Overall, GREAT place

This property was pretty spot on from the listing and the reviews. It is conveniently located close to restaurants and grocery stores. Also, the location inside the condo itself was great, same floor as parking garage and it was on the end of the hall. I stayed with my wife, 3 kids(8,5,19months), in laws and sister in law, and there was plenty of space for all of us. Check in and out was a breeze, and any questions I had the host responded quickly.

The building is so well maintained and clean and the location is perfect. The pools were great and the kids loved swimming in them in the morning and then walking to the beach! Beautiful Condo with wonderful views of the Gulf

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented this condo for a girls getaway. We had 5 in our party & the 4 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms gave us plenty of room. We enjoyed the large balcony over looking the Gulf for our morning coffee. The kitchen was well stocked with everything that you would need. We all enjoyed our stay.The only negative I could state was the tile floors, which appeared clean but when I went to get in bed I saw that after going barefoot in the condo the bottoms of my feet were black. I had to scrub my feet before getting into bed. I would suggest a thorough floor scrubbing!
