Phoenix Orange Beach II 2205

Come see why this 22nd Floor Phoenix Orange Beach II condo with unbelievable unobstructed views is the best for your family with its amazing views of the Gulf!

Our condo is perfectly situated on the 22nd floor coveted East corner with incredible panoramic views of both the Pass and the Gulf!! We also have a keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the Living room and Master bedroom, and 3rd and 4th bedrooms. With over 2,000 sq ft the unit is very spacious, newly furnished and new to the rental market!!

Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Orange Beach II condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 75” flat screen SMART TV in living room and a flat screen 58" SMART TV in the master, and a 58" Smart TV in the 2nd, 3rd and 4th bedrooms, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a king bed in the master, king in the 2nd , 2 queen beds in both the 3rd and 4th bedrooms and along with a queen sofa sleeper in the living room for sleeping up to 14.

There is an awesome zero entry outdoor pool with a water slide which connects to a lazy river, large splash pad, heated in-door swimming pool, a large Jacuzzi, state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf.

There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.

Your vacation will be complete at Phoenix Orange Beach II with all of the amenities, the beach and luxurious accommodations. Parking: Parking passes are a one time fee of $65 plus tax per vehicle. You will receive an email prior to your arrival to purchase the passes and will then be picked up at the front desk upon arrival. Any 4br unit you rent at Phoenix Orange Beach II guarantees you can purchase up to THREE parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but do not expect an extra pass during the summer season.

Family Vacation

This property was perfect for our family vacation. Beautiful, clean and location was perfect. 14 of us total, we have 3 grown daughters and their spouses and 6 grands. Everyone had a great time and the property was the perfect size for us. We will definitely keep this one in our favorites for our next trip.

Excellent location. Prompt answers to questions. Will need to bring your own dust pan for sweeping, dish soap and sponge, bath soaps, toilet paper (1 roll for each bathroom provided). Wonderful time overall.

The condo had the best view. Great waking up every morning to see the beautiful Gulf!! Plenty of the room for the family with lots of room to entertain.

Beach Perfection!

Great Family Trip

We had great family time. Things I loved…the views, the ease to beach and pool, I didn’t hear doors slamming or people running above! Things, not so great…the floors. You just can’t get the sand off the floors!! Bring house shoes. Also, read carefully, bring toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dish detergent, etc.

Orange Beach Fun

The rooms were beautiful and spacious, and the view was gorgeous! All of the appliances worked well, and the kitchen was well stocked. It would have been nice, however, if the floors had been mopped and if the toilet tissue had been a better quality. Other than those two things, we were extremely happy with the condo.

Stunning unit We enjoyed our stay very much. Plenty of room for all. Kids loved the lazy river along with the beach. Only negative comment is the refrigerator produce/meat drawers were broken and difficult to use. Refrigerator kept things cool but not cold. We would stay again in a heartbeat!

We spent a lot of time on the spacious balcony. Was clean and modern. Do plan on taking/buying your own supplies like TP, garbage bags, soaps, dish detergent, etc. We travel a lot and know this but supplies were very small- but no other complaints- had a great time and would return! Also the lazy river was a huge hit with all of us and the kids loved the slide; indoor pool very, very nice also- outside access to bathrooms was easy and clean.

Family Beach vacation 2021!!

We loved everything about our condo except for the cleanliness. . It was not clean and it is a shame because it is so new and beautiful. We had to o have the cleaning crew come in to mop the floors the day we arrived. There was dust and trash under the beds. So sad for such a new and beautiful place!

Reviewer Comments: A few issues -dust bunnies under the beds, front right burner did not work on stove, master bath toilet not completely clean, dishwasher did not dry dishes. Towels should have been higher quality.We have stayed in many rentals over the years and this was the first one that wanted the dishes cleaned AND PUT AWAY before we left. Usually we are just asked to have dishes in dishwasher and run it as we leave.Beautiful views, nice pool and lazy river, great beach. We would stay here again.

This property was so nice and exactly as described. Very clean, great location and every amenity you could think of. We had 6 adults and 2 kids and there was enough room for everyone and activities to suit every age. My very FAVORITE part of the whole property was that this specific host has a very large closet in the hallway that they allow you to use for all your beach gear (wagons, floats, sand toys, chairs, etc.). This means not having to drag all the sandy stuff into your condo with you. Truly amazing! And it looked like this was the only property on our floor that was allowing this to be used by guests. Loved it!

We did bring 2 inflatable twin beds for our littles and worked perfectly. Very clean and beautifully decorated. Beachfront and sitting on the large balcony was so peaceful and relaxing! The pools and slide and lazy river was awesome! We all enjoyed it! We love Orange Beach and will be back! ❤️

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our Christmas week was filled with special memories. The view was awesome overlooking the gulf, the bay, and the pass. The condo met all our needs and was very comfortable. It was tastefully decorated with warm beach colors. We have to purchase a dust pan, a swifter, and cutting board as there was none of these items. TOur feet were black from walking on the floor. Not sure if this was from tracking in or from not being mopped. Swifter did the trick.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had never stayed in Orange Beach before. We had stayed in a Phoenix property before. The condo was beautiful and the location perfect. My grandkids loved the lazy river and pool and slide. We had great weather! Due to jellyfish in the water we didn’t go to the beach much and stayed at pool. As far as the property several suggestions:More kitchen hand towels, perhaps including dishwashing liquid for automatic dishwasher and something like Dawn for pots and pans would be a nice perk. Also trash bags too for your week long stay. There was no broom for sweeping the floor so we bought one (call us neat freaks).
