Welcome to Sail Loft, a one-of-a-kind vacation destination in Boothbay Harbor! You can't get any closer to the water than this! Imagine relaxing in style and comfort, right over the ocean, and having views from every window. It's like being on a boat but better! Our newly updated, spotless loft has all the amenities you could want, and is only a short walk to downtown. You will find a great mattress, with cozy bedding and fluffy towels.

The apartment is located on the second floor above a marina. It is accessed via a hallway that also houses a bathroom/ shower area used by Marina guests.

Everything was as described in the advertisement and in communication with the rental agent. The dock and harbor views were outstanding, and it was fun to see several 100 ft yachts tie-up alongside the pier during our stay. We found lots to do in the general area, including dining, shopping, beach time, etc. We definitely plan on a future return trip and a stay at the Sail Loft.

Absolutely the best place to stay in Boothbay Harbor. The apartment was lovely and being on the marina watching the boats come in and go was an extra treat. It is both separate from and close into town. We walked into town for breakfast each morning and had some very nice dinner meals based on the host recommendations. We will be back. Thanks for offering such a lovely spot to stay.

The sail loft is probably the best location you can stay in Boothbay Breathtaking views of the water in the morning, in the evening and probably all day, every day! We're coming back some day for sure!

This place is amazing. With all of the windows looking out you get unbelievable views. I can’t imagine a better spot to enjoy boothbay harbor. The house had everything we needed and the check in process was perfect.

Boothbay Harbor long weekend getaway.

My wife and rented the loft for 3 days to visit some friends who live in the area. Perfect location close to town, clean as could be, and beautiful views. Boothbay Harbor is a great place to escape the summer heat and relax. We really enjoyed our stay and would 100% rent this place again.

Gorgeous apt at the marina

Perfect location. Incredible views, easy parking, walkable to the heart of town to shop or eat. Private and quiet area. Kitchen is fully stocked for all cooking needs. Plenty of cleaning supplies, toilet papere etc.

Loved our stay at the Harbor

We had the perfect vacation. The apartment was so beautiful and relaxing . We were very busy touring all the neighboring towns so when we got to the end of our stay we considered staying an extra day to just spend the day relaxing in the apartment. The apartment is a real treat. Hope to be back again soon.

Perfect spot

Super clean, luxurious and comfortable. Small living area but full kitchen. Incredible views and the location can't be beat. We walked to town and cycled from the marina to many beautiful spots. Communication and customer service were exceptional.

Knock out view of harbor, quiet and only a few minutes walking into town. Well appointed. Only flaws were (1) no air con in bedroom and the small unit in living area was not adequate, and (2) poor quality mattress in bedroom

Wow, this was an amazing time to getaway and get recharged. Thank you again for the opportunity to stay at Sail Loft, the delicious treats, and the wonderful accommodations. It was tranquil, peaceful surroundings and a 10 minute walk to town. The room was well prepared for our arrival. We hope to come back!
