We enjoyed our stay very much. The condo was clean, spacious and nicely decorated. It was a treat to have coffee on the screened in balcony every morning. We appreciated walking to Publix, Aldi and several restaurants. The host was responsive and very accommodating. We highly recommend Resort Gem for your stay in Bradenton.

Beautiful condo, clean and plenty of room for 4 of us. Washer and dryer are a huge plus if the property. Beautiful 2 pools and hot tubs. We drove to Anna Maria Island every day and the commute took longer than I anticipated for being under 10 miles away. Comfortable, clean, quiet, and spacious. We really enjoyed the time we spent here.

We had a beautiful condo, there were many amenities onsite (pool, hot tub, tennis basketball courts, shuffle board and gas BBQ) grocery and other stores were within walking distance and travel to beaches was a short drive.Our host was fantastic and welcoming, he answered any questions that we had, our check-in/check-out was easy. We would love to stay here again!Also, the walking trails at Robinson preserve were beautiful and a great place to explore

Serious problem with the tv's. Zero reception the first day and poor reception the other two days. We should receive a partial refund since we did not get what we paid for. Vertical blinds nead replacing in both bedrooms.

When my guest contacted me in the evening about the tv's, I responded immediately, assuring her that they both were working perfectly and just needed to be on the proper setting. When I couldn't resolve this over the phone, I explained that I would have maintenance walk her through it the next day. I contacted maintenance the next morning and arranged for them to help my guest at her convenience. I never heard back from her and gathered that the problem was fully resolved. I was very recently in the condo and had no problems with the blinds in either bedroom. I had just installed a new set of blinds in the guest bedroom last year.
